I would not come back here again, but I wouldn't have a problem staying there again in Guangzhou. The room was very empty, the staff was kind and nice, as was the spa. The restaurant's Chinese section was good food. Shopping is close by. built in an old classical european style.

I would certainly recommend this hotel. We stayed at the hotel for business purposes. Our room was very large. The bed was so soft and comfortable that we slept like babies. The bathroom could use some updating, but it was very spacious. There was a water boiler and some coffee and tea. Also, there is a pillow selection how wonderful that is! There are bathrobes. Breakfast was excellent. So many hot and cold treats and some nice juices.

I would give 3 stars if the food was better and the internet was quicker. I order club sandwich and got a bad one, so I sent it back. I think it's your responsibility to know what the dish is when a hotel has a western dish on their menu. I have been to Guangzhou and have never come to work. The rooms are clean. The linens were great, the bedding was fine. The washing service was excellent. Daily fruit left in the room was always of the highest quality. The buses to the canton festival departed on time and were spotless. There is no business center and the front desk personnel all shifts speak terrible English. Sending faxes and couriers out is an actual problem. Internet is terrible. Grand Royal, are you listening? Change your router. This is not 1997. Nobody travels to Guangzhou for vacation, and if you can't work in the evening, your hotel stay is not a good one. The fitness center is terrible I'd say a scam. I'll post no fitness center on the questionnaire below. The breakfast buffet is full of food, most of it bad. I thought the traditional Chinese noodle soup with pork was the finest at breakfast. They do earn points for two decent sack cappuccino machines, but the restaurants in the hotel on I and 1 are both not good and very poorly attended. I ordered

The breakfast is good. The room is big with a smaller size. The room needs renovation or even renovation of the furniture and carpets. The shuttle bus service to the airport is cheap and available 24 hours a day.

I've stayed here before in Bangkok, this hotel looks old but clean. Sadly, I got a smoking room that I couldn't change because the room was full and it was not working. Breakfast was average and the swimming pool was very bad. But good location, just walking distance to the Plaza de Triomphe.
