Clubhouse facilities are temporarily closed, and breakfast will only be provided with takeaway service until further notice.
Effective March 1, 2020, Ascott will be implementing the following temporary measures at all our serviced residences to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
1. Guests are required to submit either a completed health declaration form issued by the residence, share their past 14 days travel history or present a copy of their medical certificate (to ensure no recent travel to Hubei and other high risk areas).
2. Daily temperature checks.
From January 1，2024, the apartments which delivered ownership to the owners will under renovate. We will make the effort to ensure that renovations causing noses will only be allowed during the construction period. We are very sorry for all inconvenience caused and offer our sincere thanks for your patience and support.
In compliance with policies issued by local government, the property will not provide disposable amenities to guests.
