Since my first visit to langham shenzhen, it has been my favorite hotel in the region. Every stay is delightful, and there is constant quality of service and attention to detail. I had a gap of almost five years between my two visits, and im overjoyed to see that nothing has changed, but in a positive way. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bathrooms are spacious and bright. Each room has a variety of highquality amenities. The executive rooms are fantastic. The club is beautifully designed and wellmaintained. There are several food options, all of which are delectable (western and asian). One of the best baguettes ive had in china or hong kong is at this hotel. The breakfast buffet is enormous, with a variety of custom options. Its a foodie paradise. The food in the rooms is also excellent. But what i value more is the service, the kindness of the staff. You can see that there is proper training to provide this standard of service, and it is highly appreciated. I will miss staying at this hotel because i relocated to another part of asia. Langham shenzhen is a great value to feel in a luxurious environment where all of your needs will be met. Congratulations for maintaining this level of quality over the years.
