The room is extremely roomy, with 2 queen beds and plenty of room for our luggage. The place is kept clean and tidy. The housekeepers work incredibly hard to keep the place clean. They are always there. Basic amenities include a hair dryer, water heater, streaming box access to almost all available channels, and a mini fridge. There is a dim sum restaurant on level 2, and the dim sum is decent, but be cautious as smoking is permitted. So it gets somewhat smoky after a while. Only eat there if you can stand it. A plus is that they offer fairly good discounts to hotel guests. We tried their dim sum once and were hooked, but the smoky experience totally discourages us from returning. Shopping street and nearby temples can both be reached on foot.

The hotel façade looks very old and the interior isn't very new either. Great for those who value the location and are on a tight budget. Very close to subway line 1, Ximenkou exit recommended and supermarket exit a very rare in that area will be a benefit.

This hot deal room via papplication was the least expensive and not a guarantee of a nonsmoking room. Suggest booking a nonsmoking room. Take a look inside the drawer of the dressing table where there are some magazines and books. There was a Guangzhou impression book with lots of nice pictures of Guangzhou attractions. Gives you more suggestions for places to visit throughout your visit. The small refrigerator in room 503 does not close. The shower was made daily with everything stocked and would not have been great value for money because so many guests don't respect the nonsmoking policy in guangzhou as I walked into the room and even after 24 hours of smoking in the hallway. The bed was a hard type. See your wardrobe door doesn't close. I also saw some guests smoking in the hallway and upstairs, and the smoke did get into our room. The bathroom is large, but it could be because the last room along the corridor. The bathroom tiles appear dirty, more of a permanent stains rather than removable ones. Some tiles are broken. There was adequate water pressure. The hot water temperature was good. A toilet bowl siphon flush pressure was adequate. Even nonsmoking accommodations didn't guarantee a nonsmoking room. My throat was runny and dry at night, so I would stay here again without

All this for a fair SGD. The location is right across the street from the Ximenkou metro stop. In the old district with traditional Guangzhou shops and as local as it can be. I booked and paid for a non-smoking double room which on the app shows as a deluxe room, but in reality, Papplication the skinflint, made a reservation for a smoking superior room. I speak Chinese so I resolved the issue with a few clicks and lots of waiting for images to download. The bed is hard, but the room and linens were clean. I stepped out for morning dim sum at the local restaurant, and in an hour, my room was cleaned and the room sprayered with air freshener. I used the facilities before I stepped out again and returned to a clean room in the evening with repressed water. Quite hard work crew! I have no concerns about my safety in this neighborhood as a solo leisure female traveler. I stayed on the ground floor near the lifts and it was sufficiently quiet and well away from traffic and restaurant sounds. The air conditioning worked fine in November. The advantages of this hotel are its convenient location, efficient staff, and a very local neighborhood. All for a fair price of sgd

In Guangzhou, this hotel is a fantastic option. Even the cheapest rooms were excellent, and the receptionists were wonderful. There are few flaws in the complimentary breakfast, but for the price, it isn't worth complaining about. The location was ideal for us because the hotel was close to Ximenkou metro stop line 1 and it was easy to travel anywhere in Guangzhou. If you have budget travel plans, I strongly recommend this hotel.
