This hotel does not deserve its 4 stars. It is a very old building that has been renovated. The bathroom is not renovated. You have to switch cold and hot water in the bath that has been turned into a shower (there is a warning sign saying this). The coffee boiler did not work and the reception smells like a toilet

Altough location is central and the room was reasonable, the fact that they just don’t clean your room is very diassapointing. Nowhere they mention this. They say they can’t clean because of COVID-19, but this is nonsens as before a new arrival comes , the room will be cleaned (i hope...)

Don't let size tell you. Smallish hall, but excellent welcome and service (thanks Melody, Federico and... the lady with the smile) and who uses the hall, anyway? Well, we did. There's free coffe, pastries, house drinks (last, hibiscus detox)
Smallish toilet, but loooots of hot water, big sink, tube, great towels, gel dispenser. No amenities, but you may ask for them if you need them (and you will get them) Sorry, no bidet.
The room, smallish at it is, only lacks a fridge. Great bed, pillows, covers, coffe stand (!) Quiet.
Placement is ideal. Bus stop close by (Jeanne D'Arc) with service from and to airport @ 8€ each trip per head, each 20 minutes on sundays. Metro too, and less than 10 minutes walk to center.
It has parking space. Smallish but there you are.
We found a fantastic prize offer, so yes, I'd return. Why not 5 stars? No bidet, wc "throne" separated from toilet, in a smallish shed... hey, know what? I'll give the whole five.
Ah, you "go green"? They invite you to a smallish treat (that we enjoyed a lot) Ask them.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is good, the A/C was terrific (not usually the case in Europe, and the weather was stiflingly hot), the WiFi worked well, in fact, everything worked well, and little touches like a coffee machine, frig, safe, USB ports were welcome, with the caveat below.
However, the hotel is squeezed into a small space in town and everything (the rooms, the parking, the breakfast area) is small. We had a larger "comfort" room and while the square footage was OK, it felt pretty tiny: the (separate) toilet room was comically small and there was absolutely no storage space. Three shelves (there were no drawers, etc) were occupied by the safe, the frig and the coffee machine.
We rearranged everything to store essentials and kept everything else in suitcases.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return, but only if we were travelling light!

I booked this hotel for a 2 day quick sightseeing trip to Toulouse. My daughter was very sick so we ended up staying 7 days. The staff were so kind and helpful - it made a huge difference to a very difficult time. The rooms are stylish and convenient. The location makes it an easy walk to the city centre and the river. Highly recommended.
