No issues, but I also don't think it's that cool. The room is basic, but it has hot water. I was in front of a noisy street, but it still quiet at night and it was better with my window closed. I'm early on my hike along the Camino Saliago so I don't have much to compare, but the breakfast was a little disappointing. What looked like american cheese, limited breakfast meat, bread, and baguettes. Cereal, banana, yogurt. Boiled eggs or other protein sources, and a fruit choice would be nice. Good coffee.

After reading mixed evaluations, I was concerned but the hotel was fine. The host was quite good. He was kind enough but different, and some people might view it as subpar, but he was helpful and genuinely friendly. Carried luggage up the stairs for us all. Basic with no air conditioning but well sufficient. Breakfast was average, but he would get it for you if you wanted hit or cold milk. The only concern was the flies around the food. We had a family tragedy while there, with our daughters husband dying back home in Australia, so we had to stop our camino walk on the first day. Our host was helpful in addressing the situation and our daughters fragile mental state. He was considerate and sympathetic, and he did everything in his power to assist us all in having a great time. Slight stairs leading to the rooms.

I am very happy to stay here. The location is right off the main road, in the heart of town, and close to all the facilities. The owner of this hotel is very nice and very helpful.
