Beautiful small hotel in an amazing historic building. Staff are extremely welcoming & friendly. Our room was huge with very high ceilings. It was spotless and very quiet despite being very central. Great breakfast and it’s dog friendly. We will definitely be back.

A lovely hotel in a prime location. The staff were very professional and helpful, especially the lady who did the breakfast. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well appointed throughout. This establishment is like staying in a large home with lovely touches throughout. The room was a very nice size with high ceilings and the building itself is beautiful. The only issue was the sat nav getting us to hotel as some streets are pedestrianised for the weekend and do not yet seem to register on the computer yet. We would set stay again.

12/24に宿泊しました。パリからの道中、運転していた車がパンクしてしまいました。とてもフレンドリーなレセプションのジャン君に相談したところ、クリスマスでどの会社も取り合ってくれない中、何軒も何軒も連絡を取ってくれ、直してくれる技術者を探し出してくれました。その上、寒い中修理が終わるまで一緒に立ち会ってもくれました。また、和食が食べたい、のリクエストにもお店をあるだけ調べてくれ、温かく美味しい夕食にあり着くことが出来ました。宿泊客の快適な滞在を完璧にサポートしてくれます。ホテルの部屋はとても広く、綺麗で清潔。ベッドもとても寝心地が良く、快適でした。

Stayed twice (each for one night) on a recent road trip with the family. Such a lovely hotel: pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful old property in the centre of Nancy; some available car parking nearby. A warm and helpful welcome; a personalised breakfast service, and the most comfortable beds. Really top end bathrooms inserted into the rooms; lovely Nuxe toiletries. The hotel won't suit everyone - it would be tricky for people with mobility issues as there is no lift, and a spiral stone staircase - but for lovers of character properties this is a pure joy. Would wholeheartedly recommend, and look forward to returning.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et chouchoutés par un personnel adorable ! Seul petit bémol : l'absence de rideau de douche dans la baignoire qui transforme la salle de bain en piscine...
