The men at the new douglas brought us in after our original hotel messed up our reservation. The men there are very friendly and do everything to please the type of person who is you. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the wifi in the rooms is the only drawback we found was that the shower doors didn't quite close. A lovely breakfast option was also provided. Will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone thinking of staying overnight in Blackpool. Thanks a lot, guys.

I would only recommend this place for a short stay. We stayed in August for one night with a large group of women, this price was affordable and obviously no frills for this low price. We stayed in a room that was clean but basic, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable, but even so, it was bearable to stay for a night. The owner is kind and friendly and the bar is decent. There is wifi.

We also visited for the illuminations last year. The accommodation is clean and simple, meeting our expectations for a hotel in Blackpool. steve dawn's hospitality exceeded my expectations. They opened the bar for our party and spent time with our company. Nothing was too much trouble. The downside was that they would leave at the end of the season. Thank you for your hospitality.
