It comes highly recommended. I stayed here for one night because I arrived in Hanoi late at night. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly, and they helped me and my friends so much when we were confused about calling taxi early in the morning.

I feel so let down when I yelled at the proprietor before getting to the homestay. Just because I get mad at the taxi driver and tourist information office in Hanoi airport for charging overpriced for our taxi and it's very confusing because we landed in Hanoi at the very end of the night and on an exhausting day for us. I paid 40 US$ for the return airport transfer to a tourist information center, instead we pay about US$5. All taxi drivers outside the airport act like they don't know the address of this hotel, just because it's near or less than him, so they don't get much money. He's the most amazing housekeeping owner. We got upgraded to a larger room. Very hospitable and useful, he even helps me call the tourist information office, he even helps me call the tourist information office to get back my money for an overpriced taxi, I got US$ back from the tourist information office, and he is very informative. He even called me twice after he knows me when I landed at the hanoi airport, and told me to tell the police and inform the hotel location, as I previously stated, because the taxi driver in the airport will not pick you up here because it's rather close.

The owner is a brilliant man. He is cheerful and helpful. He arranged for us to be taken to the airport by taxi, which took only five minutes. The room is clean, with white bedsheets, white walls and floors, and a large, new bathroom with a nice shower. There is free wifi that works perfectly without a password. The air conditioning was silent. After staying in Hani for a week, I had the best night's sleep here.

We had to get up early to get our flight, but the hotel guy was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had toiletries and everything. It's amazing.
