I will undoubtedly return here and recommend this location to anyone interested in staying in the city of frankfurt. Extremely positive experience. The staff is always helpful and courteous, and they always do their best to make sure all the guests are satisfied. I reserved the sky studio on the 16th floor, which has, in my opinion, the best view of the metropolis that you can get in downtown. Room was clean and modern, very wellequipped with a modern kitchen area and shady terrace overlooking the town. Hotel also offers sauna, gym, pool facilities for guests. Wifi is free and fast. A complimentary breakfast is provided.

During our visit to the christmas markets, we stayed here. Excellent location, sufficiently close to both the train station and the city center to take public transportation or go for a stroll along the riverbank. I had swum in the room, which was spacious and wellequipped, and had an extremely comfortable bed.

We loved our twobedroom apartment/room and appreciated the laundry facilities and nice showers. The location was good, and it was an easy walk to the christmas markets. Staff were very helpful. My daughter needed an ambulance after a nut allergy crisis, but they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

This place is the ideal location for a stay in frankfurt, whether for business or pleasure. The front desk staff is all very friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. Throughout our stay, there was sage advice, kindness, and assistance from naive young woman at the front with short hair, but the entire crew, including the cleaning and cooking staff, was outstanding representative of topnotch hotel service. Although it is hidden away on quaint streets, the location is also only ten minutes walk to the train station, U-Bahn, central business district, museum, main river, as well as surrounded by dozens of lovely restaurants and bars. Sachsenhausens nightlife is just retrenched 15 minutes away. Also, some of the food is actually quite good. You wont be able to beat this location considering the price, location, quality, amenities, etc.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly, especially one of the waiters named negash, who went above and beyond every morning to ensure that our breakfast and day began on time. He deserves a perfect 10 out of 10!.

This hotel is suitable for a business trip. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all amenities and appliances, especially if you are staying for an extended period of time. Breakfast was good. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Nice view of the river and i can walk to the water.

Hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed here for 3 days and had savorable experiences from the start. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and polite, you can tell they are doing everything in their power to make the guests happy. Our room was on the 15th floor and the river and city views were both breathtaking. Rooms are small apartment designs with tiniest modern kitchen areas for practical use. Bathrooms and showers clean and modern. Hotel offers nice modern sauna, gym, pool facilities for guests. Wifi is free and fast. This location is highly recommended for being minutes walk from walking to the rivers edge and within walking distance of the main city center and hiking areas. Free breakfast is provided. Price was excellent. Will recommend this location to friends.

My recent stay at the adina apartment hotel in downtown frankfurt was characterized by mixed emotions. The hotel staff is commendable for their empathy and accommodating approach. They seemed to be doing their best in spite of challenging circumstances. It was encouraging to see them show genuine concern for the guests comfort. Another noteworthy feature is the sauna facility at Adini apartment hotels. In the middle of the citys bustle, it was wellmaintained and provided reassurance. Additionally, the upperfloor rooms offered breathtaking views. Their panoramic view of downtown was delightful to the eye. Despite these redeeming qualities, however, its neglect significantly ruined the hotel. Particularly the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Many items in the room were not working properly, which affected the comfort and convenience of your stay. One area that raised concerns was laundry service. Shortterm visitors staying less than three nights could not do their laundry due to an urgent return policy on the next day. This is incredibly lacking for lacked accessibility for such specialized hotel that serves travelers of all kinds. To put it briefly, if the necessary improvements are made, one of those places to stay in town may become renowned. However, currently, this falls short of expectations. I sincerely hope that management takes the appropriate steps to improve the overall guest experience.
