I stayed only for one night because I wanted to be close to the airport, they had a courtesy bus for me to use in the morning to get my flight, and it was only a 15-minute walk from Raunheim San railway station. When I came to my room, the first thing I had to do was walk all the way back to reception to have my room key card reprogrammed. The door would not open. The room was a good size and everything was immaculately clean, but if I stayed more than one night I would have asked for another room, the sink was clogged and draining very slowly, the toilet roll holder was almost hanging off the wall, one good pull would have gone and the to wasn't working. One thing that was scratching my head was that there was a kettle, coffee cups and stirred but no coffee or tea? I went to the supermarket and purchased my own. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the wifi was good, and the staff was friendly. Not forgetting, there is a good airport shuttle service.

Nice hotel for a short business stay. Good wifi, clean and comfortable room, quiet surroundings. Parking on the adjacent street was very limited and was full when we arrived. Bar was nice for a few drinks, but hotel was full of tourists from bus and reception and bar were very busy and noisy. Convenient airport location with options for restaurants and nearby supermarkets

Overall, a good quality price and pleasant stay. The hotel is in close raunheim, which is either a shuttle bus ride away or euros by taxi. The rooms, on the other hand, are very affordable. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a decent breakfast and a helpful reception. The rooms are cozy. There are several excellent restaurants for local cuisine and beers nearby in raunheim. This is much better than staying at the airport. The shuttle to the airport costs euros, but that is okay because only the passengers pay it.

I highly recommend it. The room was tidy, spacious, and modern. Comfortable beds, but I would suggest bringing your own pillows. Doesn't appear to be in good condition. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and simple. If parking is available outside the hotel, parking is free, and there is 10 in the underground garage. There is coffee and tea in the room. The bathroom had a full tub with a shower instead of just a shower. We had a closet, a desk, a small breakfast table, a microwave, and a mini fridge in our room.

As we headed back from a lever coach trip, a group of us stayed here for one night. The hotel recently underwent renovations, and it features charming decor and excellent amenities in every room. Although it has a sophisticated appearance, our experience wasn't great. Although the tour operator had reserved 20 rooms in advance, an error meant that the hotel did not expect us and none of the rooms were ready. We were confined to reception for over a full 12 hours while we made frantic phone calls to the uk to resolve matters. After it was resolved, about 50 people attempted to use a single lift, so we had to drag our luggage up four flights of stairs. Our room was a good size, with a comfy bed, air conditioning, nice towels, and tea and coffee making amenities. We were relieved to acquire our own pillows because they are of poor quality. Our supper was provided by a buffet format. They provided the worst tomato soup ever, a piece of chicken stuffed with spinach and saufnudeln, a variety of potato noodle, and the most horrible tomato soup ever. My wife ate nothing for dinner because there was no vegetarian option. For dessert, we were given a disgusting bowl of chocolate mousse, which was frankly insulting. We received a free glass of beer or wine with the meal to cover up the booking errors. We won'
