We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good.

Helt fantastisk hotel på en perfekt lokation, nemt til gågaden og den gamle bydel og alle seværdighederne indenfor rækkevidde. Rigtig god service og fine rummelige værelser. Fantastisk morgenbuffet med lige det man har brug for, og god bar med alt muligt der kan drikkes.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gut ist auch, daß es eine Tiefgarage gibt.

Infinitely better than their webpage would have you believe. Really clean and spacious room and a fantastic breakfast to set you up for the next day. The covered outside bar at the front of the hotel is stunning. Parking under the hotel is hassle free and good value at €12 per day. The hotel is conveniently situated for the old town, which is only a 2 minute walk. Lastly, the staff are a joy to behold, nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately I have no idea on the eco credentials of this hotel. Highly recommended

Ich hatte 4 Tage Übernachtung im Hotel. Mein Zimmer war nicht zur Straße, sondern Hinterhof zu den Häusern in der Neustraße, auch Tagsüber keinen Straßenlärm zu hören. Sauber, mein Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gemacht. Praktisch weil es mitten in der Stadt gelegen ist, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Da der Check-in jeder Zeit möglich war, hatte ich auch keine Probleme mit der Abreise, durch die Fahrt mit der Bahn musste ich früh auschecken. Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.
