The newly restored rooms are contemporary and comfortable. The bath a split design, with the shower separated from the washbasintoilet was sparkling and loaded with unexpected amenities. Unfortunately, the minimalist trend has led to a lack of furnishings in the guestroom. Our double room only had a bed and one lightweight plastic and aluminum chair. Small ledges on each side of the bed barely big enough for a phone and eyeglasses replaced a nightstand. There was no workfriendly surface for a guest who needed to use a laptop. There was no table or dresser for personal items. Building closet space was provided, but there was nowhere to conveniently store luggage. My husband's suitcase was on one chair, and my suitcase was wedged on the floor between the bed and the wall. The breakfast was perhaps the most memorable part of the stay, with lovely brotchen, unique juices, and other concoctions. Wed be willing to try another stay, but I would ask for a guestroom with additional furniture.

We would be willing to try another stay but would ask for a guestroom with additional furniture.
