Hotel ini sudah semakin tua. Sebaiknya kamar tidak menghadap ke jembatan kereta api (berisik). Ventilasi kejut tidak dapat dilakukan karena jendela hanya dapat dimiringkan dan AC bergemuruh keras. Kamarnya tidak bersih dan produk ritual yang bagus di kamar mandi juga tidak membantu. Saluran air di kamar mandi berbau tajam. Ketika kami check-in kami diberi waktu yang salah untuk sarapan prasmanan. Alih-alih mengisi ulang piring kosong, staf malah sibuk membersihkan piring saat serpihan terakhir dimakan. Harganya oke, tapi saya tidak akan memesannya lagi.

Pertama kali ke Jerman di kota Frankfurt. Menjadi pelengkap pengalaman ketika menginap di hotel ini. Dari semua sisi sangatlah baik, terutama lokasinya yang sangat strategis di pusat administrasi kota, sama halnya hotel Novotel dimanapun selalu mengesankan. Harga hotel ini juga sangatlah terjangkau, hanya sekitar €290 atau sekitar 5 jutaan Rupiah saja untuk 2 malamnya. Danke Novotel Frankfurt City!🇩🇪🫶

Was travelling by car when I stayed here, and the parking outside the hotel was free, which is a huge win for the hotel! Other than that the room was nice and comfortable. Exactly what I expected from any Novotel I have ever stayed in.

the Novotel hotel staff were very helpful and rooms were kept very clean ,new bedding every couple of nights . my dislikes were no ceramic cups provided with your kettle and hot drinks ,only cardboard beakers ,which were not very professional . also the morning breakfast was a little too expensive for what was being served and the plates provided were very small ,so could hardly fit any food on the plate ,so it put myself off going back on additional mornings which was a inconvenience to my stay at the hotel ,meaning i had to eat out for breakfast .
