Very good place to stay. Large room, clean, and with some nice thoughtful details (pillows of various thickness available if you don't like the standard ones, etc.). Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

This hotel is a jewel of a find! They do some extra touches that are above the norm! Then the Breakfast best all, I think they had everything you could think of and then more! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Trier

Fantastisk til formålet som var en god nats søvn midt i en lang køretur , det ser ikke ud af meget men service og især morgen mad er i top med hjemmelavet marmelade og god stemning meget bedre end forventet

Eigentlich nur durch Zufall als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit ausgewählt, weil im eigentlichen Zielort keine Hotels mehr verfügbar waren, hatte ich das Mühlentaler ausgewählt. Obwohl ich normalerweise sehr ungern in Hotels wegen der in der Regel sehr sterilen Atmosphäre übernachte, war ich von diesem Hotel mehr als begeistert. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, vor allem war das Zimmer aber sehr gemütlich zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet und es wird auch an viele kleine aber nützliche Dinge, wie z. B. Regenschirme für die Gäste, gedacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für diese Preiskategorie mehr als ausgezeichnet. Am allermeisten hat mir aber der sehr schöne Saunabereich gefallen, der dank sehr gut gepflegter Ausstattung und schöner Atmosphäre ein schönes Entspannen nach einem langen Tag ermöglichte. Einzig, dass diese Sauna in der Regel um 21.00 Uhr schließt, ist etwas knapp bemessen, wenn ein Arbeitstag doch länger dauern sollte. Zur Umgebung selbst kann ich nichts sagen, da ich hier nichts weiter unternommen hatte. Das Hotel selbst ist von außen recht unscheinbar gelegen, so dass man leicht daran vorbeifahren bzw. übersehen kann.

Just a sleep over. Arrived very late, but as reception closes at 22:00 they left a key for me. Only negative is that they forgot to include the access key to the internet. Managed to wake of the owner that quickly, but sleepy, cam with the information. For the money the rooms was much better than expected. Small TV, but access to Coffee/Tee and water.

A very pleasant stay especially after we updated to the annexe. Traffic a problem for the other rooms. Breakfast excellent, even freshly squeezed orange juice...Perfect for cyclists.

Man bör undvika att bo högst upp i hotellet när det är högsommar. Alldeles för varmt för ett sovrum. Receptionen stängde redan 21.00 varpå det är svårt att få service.

Cheapest hotel in that area, very nice too. Lovely garden and fountain. Few good restaurants nearby. Next to Luxembourg for a nice day out.
