This hotel is a kind of "Grande Dame" amongst buildings with lots of old world flair. Had a wonderful corner room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Mycket trevligt vistelse hos hotellet! Super fin kurpark med uppvuxna lövträd direkt vid Nahefloden. Parken ligger i direkt anslutning till Salinentahl med många Salinen och massor med vinbarer och restauranger. Hotellet ha direkt access till Salinenbad där man kan avslappna i saltbad.

Zimmer war in Ordnung, jedoch haben wir die halbe Nacht nicht schlafen können, da sehr laute Musik gespielt wurde (Hochzeit). Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern war kein Schlaf möglich. Ebenso war das Zimmer viel zu warm. Das Frühstück war gut und es gab sehr viel Auswahl. Jedoch lud der Frühstücksraum nicht zum Verweilen ein, da die Einrichtung sehr alt und abgegriffen war (Bestuhlung mit Flecken, duchgesessen). Ebenso wurden an den schon mal benutzten Tischen die Tischdecken mit Flecken nicht ausgetauscht. Servicepersonal haben wir während unseres Frühstücks nicht gesehen.

Nettes Hotel das natürlich früher bestimmt pure Eleganz lebte , etwas in die Jahre gekommen an verschiedenen Stellen arg Zimmer im 4 Stock Aufzug bis 3 Tee Stock danach Zugang über ein sehr altes sehr in die Jahre gekommenenes Treppenhaus. Zugang durch schwererkennbare Feuerschutztüren Zimmer neu renoviert , eher etwas kleinere Basis aber sehr angenehm Zugang zur Therme über hoteleigener Gang Empfehlung Zimmer nr 130-140 sehr nahe zum Zugang Preis Übernachtung inclusive Therme 🔝 Frühstücksbüffet alles da (aber eher Basic ) Servicepersonal eher schleppend , nicht Profi eher aushilfsbasis

Hotellet er meget slidt. Vores værelse levede ikke op til det der stod i beskrivelsen. Det er uprofessionelt at skrive 40 tommer tv, minibar og sovesofa, når det er et 22 tommer tv, ingen minibar og ingen sovesofa. Der hang ledninger ud af væggen og hotellet trænger til en kæmpe renovering eller måske en nedlukning.

Check in was terrible. The woman at the front reception was rude and kept insisting that our reservation was for one adult rather than one adult and two kids. She fought us on it despite proof on reservation. Further, we had to insist on an additional bed since it had one queen, we paid cash for breakfast but wasn’t on the breakfast list and had to insist upon the Wi-Fi code. For the class of hotel this service was unacceptable. Much better places to stay in this town. Would not recommend.

Pæne værelser. Meget langsom indcheckning. Receptionschefen stod blot at kikkede på mens køen blev længere. Ingen individuel shampo og duce gel, hvilket jeg forventer på et hotel i denne prisklasse. Slidte håndklæder. Uvenligt personale i termen. Morgenmaden er af meget dårlig kvalitet, men der er stort udvalg
