The location is ideal for travelers, although the sidewalk and neighborhood to the hotel are a little sketchy and filthy. The hotel itself is quite modern and clean. Security is good, elevator access and corridors can be reached with key cards. Breakfast was quite nice. Good selection of teas. Friendly staff who spoke english. Although the room was larger than i expected, it was only big enough for three people. Excellent value for the price and convenient for public transportation.

I would return. We spent three nights there. The room was spotless and cozy. It was incredibly cozy in the bed. All of the staff members were helpful and kind. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Our luggage could be left at the hotel both before and after we checked out, which was very helpful. For day trips, public transportation, and a variety of shops, the hotels location near the main train station is convenient. There are many restaurants and dining options close by, making the area lively.

The hotel was lovely, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly and the breakfast was so good. Unfortunately the area let it down, as the surrounding streets were not pleasant. Luckily the hotel is very convenient for the main station.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, we were able to get a late checkout which was incredibly helpful for us as we had saturday flight out of Frankfurt. The hotel is very central, but the area is tucked away and busy. Rooms were quiet, clean, comfortable and good value. Breakfast is not worth the price, most of the food has been sitting there for ages and has dried out, there are many options in the nearby train station within 5 minutes walk. Will stay here again on our return trip.

The hotel is located in the middle of the arab quarter, and there are some nearby Middle Eastern cuisines. The room air conditioner is not cold enough, but the overall atmosphere is good. There arent many options for breakfast, which is rather basic.

Premier inn is the first hotel we always stay at in any city. We have 2 kids and we found these hotels to be always family friendly. This is our first stay in frankfurts premier inner but it is still the same great experience weve always had. The rooms are large and clean. Staff are friendly and happy to help you around the clock. I can say without a doubt that this is best hotel at unbeatable prices. 10/10 ratio of price to performance. Highly recommended especially for families with children.

The room looks new, clean, nice and spacious compared to typical uk premier inns. Service is good. Breakfast is also good for breakfast. The location is great, but the area is a bit dark. You dont feel comfortable walking around, especially at night.

This hotel has a good location. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good. They can give us general information about the city and where to go. It is just walked from the main railway station in the center of the town.

It takes less than ten minutes to walk from the central train station in frankfurt. The staff is friendly and efficient. There was a small issue with the toilet flush. When we informed the reception staff, he made arrangements for us to move to another room. And there are many restaurants and other shops nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located, just an 8minute walk from the hbf train station. The nearby little supermarkets are quite handy for medical supplies. There is a small bar where you can sit and unwind even though the hotel lobby isnt large. It would be preferable if i could have gotten onsite laundry. Will choose the next time. At the front desk, the ladies and brothers are very kind.

The room size, cleanliness, facilities and equipment are all good, and there is plenty of food around. There is a hot water kettle, which is better than hotels in paris, but there are no slippers, toothbrushes or toothpaste.

The location is excellent, its close to the train station but still peaceful. And also near the city center. There are many food options available. The room was very spacious and clean. Although the air conditioning kept the room cool throughout the day (october), the heating function was still off, making the first night a little cold. Only one side of the double bed has sockdose (1 outlet for two people). The shower cubicle leaks, the fire alarm flashes uncontrollably bright. On the morning of departure, i was shocked to find the maid enter the apartment well before checkin time. Transferring back the overpaid tourist tax was an unsolvable problem. A little loud. It is acceptable that the floor or neighboring rooms make some unpleasant noises.

We gave this hotel a 5star rating because we also stayed at the premier inn in nürnberg. The receptionists are clearly more professional and helpful. Room is larger than the Premier innigberg, reception staff are friendly and well mannered, hotel rates are better and location is also very close to train station. We checked in on 21st and checked out on 23rd December. Not like the first in nornberger, the reception could offer to arrange cabs to the airport. If we go to germany again, we will definitely stay there.

I spent two nights there, and everything went well. The hotel is conveniently located near the central station. There is a pleasant interior, ensuring cosy and not overly small rooms. A bed was quite comfortable. Although there wasnt much noise coming from outside, my room had access to the patio. However, the ventilation system, which was constantly producing noise and wasn't particularly loud, proved to be incredibly bothersome, although i would like to have been able to turn it off.
