This hotel was a gem in downtown Frankfurt. A minute's walk away from the downtown river and town hall where many events are held. The staff allowed us to check in 5 hours early after we arrived on the train. Everyone who worked there went out of their was to help carry bags, give directions or share stories about the city of Frankfurt. I believe the hotel was in operation in the mid 1800's so theres plenty of history, which the hotel displays proudly. There were some cleanliness issues with the bathroom (some stains on the tile, broken drain in the bathroom) but nothing that would deter me from staying here again. The king bed was extremely comfortable, there was a fan and the rooms are huge. Water pressure was fantastic. The staff was extremely nice and spoke a variety of languages.

Hotel super, Personal super nett, Frühstück klasse und sehr zentral gelegen. Umgebung gut und man ist schnell in der Einkaufsmeile. Was etwas für Unsicherheit/Unbehagen bei mir sorgte war, das ein Obdachloser an einem Tag nur wenige Meter auf der Seite vom Haupteingang des Hotels lag und schlief als wir früh gegen 9uhr zur U Bahn liefen.
