Guests will be refrained from staying at the hotel if they:
1. Are under the HKSAR Government’s 14-day compulsory quarantine order; or
2. Have travelled any of the locations outside of Hong Kong within the past 21 days; or
3. Have had close contact with someone who has been diagnosed of being infected with COVID-19 within the past 14 days; or
4. Have lived / stayed at the same building with confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days; or
5. Are experiencing symptoms of respiratory discomfort
When booking for more than 3 rooms, all guest names are required to provide the information before arrival 21 days. Otherwise, hotel reserves the right to cancel the related reservations.
Hotel COZi is a smoke-free hotel, smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel.
Deposit will be collected upon guest check-in.
Hotel rooms cannot be used for group events or parties, including farewell bachelor parties and marriage parties.
