Hotel ini tidak terlalu ramai, padahal lokasinya sangat strategis dekat Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak dan Penyeberangan Ujung. Kamal. Bisa menjadi alternatif untuk menginap semalam sebelum melanjutkan perjalanan ke luar pulau. Pelayanan sebenarnya sudah bagus dan terstandar, tapi menurut saya perlu ditingkatkan.

Hotel ini sangat saya rekomendasikan jika ingin sekedar beristirahat dan menunggu kapal dengan harga 300 ribu rupiah. Halaman tengah hotel sudah tidak terawat, banyak rumput dan halaman belakang banyak ranting pohon, berbeda sekali dengan yang dulu.

Hotel ini paling dekat dengan Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak. Saya telah menginap di sini dua kali, memang lokasinya sangat dekat dengan pelabuhan, meskipun tidak terlalu dekat, karena jika kita berjalan kaki, Anda akan merasa gempor jika tidak terbiasa berjalan kaki. Menurut saya, semua yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan harga, baik dari segi fasilitas, makanan, dan respon pelayanan.
