A full list of guest names must be provided at the time of booking, and the names of guests in different rooms must not be duplicated. Changing of guest names is strictly prohibited on all reservations.
Full payment for room charge to be made upon arrival at the hotel.
No refund or amendment can be made once the payment has been processed.
Guests may request for additional linens, pillows, and/or towels for extra charges.
Guests staying in the Tower Wing will receive complimentary canned beverages in the room once per stay.
Hotel’s guestrooms and suites are for accommodation use only (except designated Room Packages). Should you wish to book guestrooms or suites for other purposes (including but not limited to wedding and party use), please contact our team to enquire about details and relevant charges of applicable room packages. Hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings or collect supplement charges for unauthorised usage.
In compliance with the latest regulation on Disposable Plastic Products, effective from April 22, 2024, our hotel will no longer provide complimentary disposable plastic amenities. Guests are encouraged to bring their own toiletries.  Further information is available at hotel’s front desk.
The maximum occupancy for all rooms in the Hotel Wing is 2 adults or 1 adult with 1 child.

All rooms in the Tower Wing allow a maximum occupancy of 2 adults with 1 child. Children from 0 to 11 years old stay for free if using existing bedding.
This is a strictly non-smoking property from March 1, 2017 onwards. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
Pierside Restaurant is now a Halal Friendly Restaurant serving Halal Menu certified by The Incorporated Trustees of The Islamic Community Fund of Hong Kong.
