Pathetic way to handle customers. Amusement and Water park charges, way of handling customers and hospitality expecially at the reception was pathetic. Untrained recption staff, unconventional resaoning and overpriced speciall for kids. Need loads of improvements.

Water park & amusement park are on additional charges. The cost of the water park & amusement parkactivities are not included in room rates.
Early check-in will not be provided on weekends & national holidays. Kindly contact the hotel for more information.
The amusement Park is available from 09:30AM - 05:30PM.
The water park is not open until further notice
Valid government-issued, photo identification is required in original at check-in for each occupant of the room bearing the address of the guest. The identity proof would include a valid driving license / voter identity card / adhaar card etc. PAN Card is not accepted. Valid passport in original is mandatory for all foreign national guests. Passport should have a valid visa.Visitors are not permitted in the residential area and/or rooms. If any visitor has come to meet room guest, the meeting should be done in public areas such as a restaurant. Guests bringing in “solicited/paid guests” or “anti-social elements” are not permitted, and the hotel reserves the right for such guests to leave the hotel premises.
