We strongly recommend hotel b continental for a very safe stay if youre new to delhi. In february 2024, my friend and i reserved a fourday stay. The room was very comfortable for us, and the complimentary breakfast was good. The main thing we recommend about this hotel is safety (5 stars). We are from tamilnadu and arrived at delhi airport on the first day around 1 pm, from there we booked an uber to reach hotel b continental. The ride shown to us is 466, but the driver asked for 1000. At midnight, the cab driver was literally cheating on us and demanding payment of the price. After hearing our conversations, the hotel manager, mr. Kailash, and his staff came to rescue us. They stood by our side and safely made us enter even when the cab driver was rude to us. The hotel staff stopped him and saved us by not letting him in. The cab driver had no choice but to get the correct fare and leave the place after seeing the staff support. Hotel B continental staff greatly assisted us in saving us from being scammed by a fraudster cab driver in a place like delhi and we are new to the city. We personally thank mr. Kailash and his staff for their excellent support.

The hotel is a bit pricey, and the air conditioning is outdated and doesnt provide sufficient cooling. The service was good, and the location is convenient for everything. The room condition is average overall.

During my visit, i was particularly impressed by the exceptional dining experience. Stayed for two nights and had a very comfortable stay in a deluxe room with a balcony! They dont have an inhouse kitchen so the price of the items on their menu is quite high. Its always a good idea to get good nonvegetarian and vegetarian food from many good restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and the staff were quite good. Did early checkin and late check out and was charged a half day extra which i think is quite reasonable. Very good location. Dont book uber, book ola for exact pickup location.

The hotel is decent. The location is also good, right next to the main road. The rooms are clean and tidy. Had a good stay at the hotel. The rooms are good, the prices are reasonable, the staff are great and the room service is good. From check in to checkout, everything was good. I will come back and stay here only. Hotel B continental is the best choice for accommodation in karol bagh. It has most facilities such as rental vehicles, laundry facilities, room service, hotel facilities, and many more, and parking is also available. Everything is fine compared to others.

One of the best hotels. What a lovely location. I adored the kindness they extended. The rooms are impeccably clean and have stunning views.
