スタッフがとても優しかったです。色々旅行のアドバイスをしてくれたり、両替してくれたりしました。周辺は多少交通量多く混沌としていますが、ニューデリー駅からも近くアクセスがいいです。シャワーはお湯が出るしタオルも新しくしてくれるし、インドのホテルとしては一級に感じました。

We received a very friendly welcome. From the nice terrace you can watch the hustle and bustle on the street. It is not a quiet area but it is very authentic. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We could book tours (to Agrar or sightseeing in Delhi), drivers or tuk-tuks through the hotel at any time, who were also always nice and friendly. The food is delicious. We had a great stay and can only recommend the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality!

Everyone in the hotel was very helpful from check-in to check-out. Shuttle service was an important key factor for us, making it convenient and hassle free to and from the airport. There was someone who met us outside the airport. Complementary snacks and water were provided. Breakfast was delicious with an array of food to choose from and enjoy from the rooftop. Their kitchen is conveniently open 24 hours, satisfying your hunger at anytime with a lot of choices from their menu. Within walking distance there are many shops and places to eat. Despite the hustle and bustle outside, it was very comfortable and spacious in our room. Tuk Tuks were accessible to help us get around town. It was a cool experience! My mother and I were very happy with our stay. We thank everyone for making it memorable and of ease. If you’re looking for a place to stay, we highly recommend this hotel!

Très bon hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. J’y ai séjourné deux nuits pour visiter New Delhi. Notre chambre était propre et spacieuse, donnant sur la rue, mais heureusement, le double vitrage est efficace pour atténuer le bruit des klaxons, et nous avons très bien dormi. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner sur le toit, dans le restaurant, et c’était un bon petit déjeuner inclus avec beaucoup de choix. On peut commander des omelettes et des pancakes, également inclus. Très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Si je dois revenir à New Delhi, j’y retournerai très certainement, car cet hôtel mérite largement ses 3 étoiles. Si vous êtes un voyageur étranger, vous trouverez que les normes sanitaires sont bien respectées.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren äusserst freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage ist prima, die Metro ist gleich in der Nähe und auch der Flughafen ist nicht weit entfernt. Taxi und Rischka-Fahrer stehen vor der Türe und nerven aber das ist ja in ganz Delhi so. Das Zimmer war für indische Verhältnisse relativ sauber. Natürlich nicht vergleichbar mit einem Luxushotel aber das haben wir ja auch nicht gebucht. Das Zimmer wurde in den 3 Nächten nicht gereinigt, lediglich das Wasser wurde aufgefüllt. Gereinigt wäre es bestimmt geworden wenn wir danach gefragt hätten. Das Frühstück war okay, leider gab es kaum eine Auswahl. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen, denn es war im gesamten sauber, die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit/ freundlich und die Lage ist ebenfalls top! ☺️

It was a clean property but can use some work with its washrooms too small. Very noisy can use some kind of sound proofing for rooms. Staff is very helpful and well spoken over all good experience.

I can’t say enough good about this property. Everything, from the room to the complementary breakfast was just perfect. The staff was also attentive and kind. The only regret that I have that I didn’t Hotel City Star much sooner.
