I frequently visit Carnal for business. This time, I stayed at Jewels Hotel, which will be celebrating 25 years of service next month. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were spacious too. This hotel is recommended for those looking for great food and a great stay.

The location, number of rooms, and conference center facilities of the hotel are enough to attract business travelers to the city. You usually know what to anticipate when you select a hotel like a jewel in a city like Carnal, which includes a decent, comfortable bed, good hot food, a clean washroom area, and more. That is, of course, what I expected when I arrived recently. The group I was with was a rather large group of 14 school children on a sports tour at a nearby school in Carnal. The rooms are reasonably spacious, with a big round table for cooking, I could not find any reason why it was there, the washroom area is reasonably clean, and the hotel is reasonably priced as expected. What caught me by surprise, though, was the extremely amateur and poor customer handling and service from the staff they lost our room keys, bungled over the proper placement of extra beds and water bottles, the buffet breakfast was anything but. To put it mildly, very disappointing. I hope the management takes the initiative..

Just an ordinary place for a quick visit. It looks more like a good property with few maintenance problems. Rooms and bathrooms need to be cleaned immediately. The bed was damp, and the replacement was also damp. The room service staff was a touch dry. Central heating was noisy, and some remaining cutlery and bottles were left in the gallery. The front desk staff was also quite wet, plus the location was quiet and a delicious breakfast that was wholesome and delicious. Restaurant employees were quick and courteous. This place is recommended for a quick stopover than an extended stay.

The hotel is located on a major road. Because there seem to be always ceremonies and functions going on at this hotel, both the inside and the outside parking on the road are fully booked. Security makes every effort to keep your vehicle in the lot. The reception staff was not extremely courteous. I had to ask twice for someone to carry my luggage from the car to my room. The rooms are large, and the linens were clean. The bathrooms are clean, with hot water that runs 24 hours a day. There isn't a restaurant for eating, but this one costs more. Excluded from this hotel is not a food option. We ate some arms away in Bikaneri Bhojnalay. Comparative to other hotels of the same caliber, the hotel appeared to be a bit pricey. Only travelers who are traveling with families should visit this hostel for a transit stop. This recommendation is for hotel 1, please provide some designated parking space within the gates free for guests who are staying in your hotel. It feels unsafe to park on the main road even if your security is present.
