Saket 27 has been a pleasant stay. Excellent hospitality. Ajay and hismanth, the remaining employees, have provided exceptional service and hospitality. Virendar and mr. Bhism also gave us excellent attention. Easy access and close to the j block market. Thank you and see you again.

I spent five days here. The rooms and bathrooms are generally cozy. However, the cleanliness in the rooms is a little lacking. The hotel is quite clean on its own. Despite my repeated requests to change the linens on the first day, they did not. It was obvious that the linens had not been changed after the previous guest had vacated. Apart from the housekeeping staff, everything else is fine. I had asked for a refill of some snacks, but they were not refilled. It appears that housekeeping does not pay attention to reception. The reception desk and food service take good care of their guests. The staff is generally helpful. They are cheerful and always have a smile on their face, which makes you feel good every time you meet them. It is located in a residential area, with metro stations and malls within a 10minute walk. The menu in their kitchen is not large, but it is adequate. On request, they make you items not on the menu, such as light food, they will prepare kichdi for you if you want to eat light. Serving portions are large for one person. The breakfast buffet is fine. On all five days of my stay, the sandwiches, beans, wedges, and aloo paratha were served every day. The indian dish was changed. Service is a little slow, but not too slow that one would have to wait forever. The eggs made to order request must be repeated because they frequently forget. The rest of the items wont be an issue.

The location is convenient, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is average. Manager amit kimar jalan is supportive, however the wifi is poor, it gets disconnected very often and i cant connect to my mobile network inside the room. Other than that, everything is fine.

The hotel provides excellent service. The breakfast and stay were enjoyable. I plan to return. The hotel is safer for girls to stay at, and the staff is cooperative. The washrooms are spotless, situated in the heart of the city, and easily accessible to neighboring locations.

I would recommend saket 27 for its prompt room service, hospitality, and delicious food. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Kanhai mishra from the restaurant was very helpful in providing appropriate service. The best place to stay for short trips.

The hotel is ideal for a capital trip. The service is warm and inviting. Clean rooms, large common areas, and a good buffet spread. The housekeeping staff and room service are excellent. Well connected to other areas and close to the airport as well. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

I stayed at this hotel and it was amazing! The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were sparkling clean. I had to beg the kitchen for tea 10 minutes before opening the breakfast. Poor service. Not many food options.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. Good hotel, good staff, delicious food. Kanihya was absolutely great at the restaurant service, the rooms are very clean and tidy. I would recommend this to other colleagues. Thank you again for the amazing experience.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it is perfect for a short business stay or hospital stay because it is very close to the max super speciality hospital. Good rooms, nice atmosphere and plenty of parking. I gave 4 stars because breakfast could have been better though the spread was decent but served cold. The pav bhaji was cold and hard and after repeated attempts the problem remained unsolved. We also had dinner there and the food was good. Overall it was a very satisfied stay.
