For one child below 6 years of age, and/or one child between 6 and 12 years, the property will provide an extra bed on chargeable basis.Children above 6 years of age will be charged half the adult price for breakfast.Up to two children below the age of 6 years can stay on a complimentary basis, inclusive of breakfast, in the same roomFor two children above 6 years of age, an additional room must be booked.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.

The property does not accept PAN cards as a valid ID proof of identity.
In view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we have re-defined our processes and house rules to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our guests and team members. Key points include:• With effect from 1 January 2022, guests are required to carry their COVID vaccination documentation with them (for both doses). Please also update the Aarogya Setu app on your mobile so that we may check the same. Most state governments have started sending out this mandate to all hotels and we are required by law to check this documentation. Each guest checking in at the hotel will need to show us their individual document• We are ensuring adherence to all governmental rules and regulations to optimize safety and curb the spread. In this regard, we request all guests to keep themselves updated on the travel policies and government issued protocols of the destinations that they are planning to visit. We will not be able to accept any reservations or check-ins that are in conflict with the prevalent regulations at the time of your travel and stay• All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas and to sanitize or wash their hands frequently. Masks will be available for purchase at the Front Desk• The team is maintaining appropriate hygiene standards and wearing masks, in all areas, throughout their shift• Rooms/suites can now be provided on single, double or triple occupancy, at the corresponding rates. During the current pandemic, this facility may be amended based on guidelines from government authorities in the future• Temperature checks will be conducted every time a guest, team member or vendor enters the property. Should the temperature be higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, entry to the property will be denied and the guest will be provided with the details of the nearest hospital or healthcare facility
Additional charges apply for the gala dinner on the night of December 31, 2022 and will be collected at the property.
On account of new regulations, until further notice, all Food and Beverage services are limited to set/select menus. Please note, buffet services are also temporarily discontinued.
As per instructions from the Government authorities regarding the containment of COVID-19, the property are closing the swimming pools, gymnasiums and spas across all our hotels, till further notice.
Operation and timings of all food and beverage outlets, the business centre and meeting facilities will be defined by the property, and can be confirmed at the Front Desk.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
