During my stay, your hotel was under renovation. For this reason, it was uncomfortable. The locker was not working. Didn't provide enough towels after the request. In the breakfast bakery items are not standard in a five-star hotel. The reception was not cordial.

I always have an overall great experience. The location is great. The staff is excellent Helpful, friendly and very accommodating to my needs. And if I have any issues, they're addressed immediately.The breakfast, and dinner buffets Are some of the best i've ever had world class chefs. Rooms are clean, functional and very comfortable. They are also environmentally conscious Such as, recycled toilet water glass, bottled drinking water that is filtered. It's very appreciated and it does make a difference. And where I stay, and if I return again. Thank you for an excellent day as always. See you soon

Amazing hotel that absolutely saved my trip to India. I stayed at two other hotels during my trip to India, and neither of them came close to the Park. I'm fairly high maintenance when it comes to hotels, and I didn't feel very comfortable showering and sleeping at the two other hotels. I felt right at home at the Park because of its cleanliness. 5 stars.

We enjoyed a comfortable couple of nights before going on tour and liked how easy it was to get to, by asking drivers to go to ‘Connaught place’. From there, just a short walk.

Good business hotel where best part is its location- walking distance from central New Delhi landmarks. Has nice comfortable rooms. For first night I was disturbed by noise from their club but they were kind to shift me to higher floor and rest of the stay was great.

Hotel in linea con l'offerta proposta. Personale efficiente e gentile. Pulizia apprezzabile. Due pecche: la doccia nella vasca da bagno con tenda in stoffa (terribile negli hotel) e il ristorante che alla sera propone buffet a prezzo fisso, quindi noi, che volevamo mangiare giusto un'insalata avremmo dovuto pagare comunque il prezzo pieno. Abbiamo optato per il servizio in camera, che comunque ha un suo costo.
