Sebelum digunakan cek keadaan kamar, Resepsionis kurang mengetahui password wifi, secara umum apa yg disediakan dikamar itu fasilitas untuk tamu namun kenyataannya ada yg berbayar, bukan masalah uang namun seperti miscommunication... example: dikamar 2 botol ukuran berbeda... kanyataannya customer hanya free untuk ukuran 600ml (2botol) sedangkan 1500ml (2botol) harus membayar padahal customer mengira itu free juga (welcome drink)... sekali lagi bukan masalah uang hanya mesti diinfokan saat check in atau minimal ada catatan yg tertempel dimeja kamar... over all.. its ok...good job
