Secara tempat oke dan bersih, cuman tv dan air hangat sama sekali tidak ada. Sempat ada drama menginap disini, kami tiba jam 11.30 malam dan hujan deras, begitu tiba ternyata tidak ada kamar, hampir kami diterlantarkan. Jadi besok2 kalau mau menginap disini mesti telp dulu ke penginapannya...

Padahal sudah pesan sejak 2 pekan sebelumnya, tapi ketika check-in, dibilang bahwa kamar penuh. Ternyata kamar yang sudah dibooking malah disewain ke orang lain yang datang on the spot. Petugas front office ketika ditanya gak ada kejelasan, justru bingung dan melempar saya dan sekeluarga ke penginapan lain, yang ternyata juga tidak ada kamar yang cukup dan sesuai. Pihak hotel tidak ada tanggung jawab sama sekali, dan saya terpaksa harus mencari hotel baru untuk menginap. Sungguh pengalaman yang buruk, sangat buruk, tidak akan pernah bersinggungan dengan hotel ini lagi. Sudah tidak professional, tidak ada tanggung jawab, ditanya juga gak ada jawaban.
