Alhamdulillah dapet free upgrade kamar yang lebih bagus dan harganya juga lebih mahal dibanding yang dengan pesan kemarin .
Kamarnya luas, kamar mandinya bagus, AC dingin, chanel TV bagus, hanya saja lebih baik kalau ada lampu tidur sebab kalau pakai lampu dekat kepala itu masih terlalu terang .
Lokasi enak deket tempat makanan, Insha Allah next kalau ada rezeki nanti kesini lagi .
Sering sering adain promo ya biar makin sering kesini .

Ruangan yg saya tempati bau apek sekali sampai bikin sesak karna tidak ada sirkulasi udara, pulang2 baunya masih nempel di semua baju. Bantalnya juga ada yg bau apek busuk gitu kaya bekas iler2 orang. Kalau rame respon resepsionisnya lambat, mau check in aja ngantri setengah jam. Tolong lebih diperhatikan kebersihan dan bau2 di kamarnya dan juga cara managemennya ditingkatkan lagi

kita booking hotel buat istirahat dari perjalanan panjang, check in jam 4 sore kamarnya blm ready utk 1 lg Krn kita booking 3, katanya mau antar kunci,ternyata jam 5 juga blm dan kita susul ke reception masih mau nunggu,,pakai emosi akhirnya nunggu lg bbrp menit.ambyarrrr.lelah hayati berbayar

Trip kali ini bawa baby 3.5 bulan.
So far asik2 aja nginep di hotel ini. Ini kedua kali nginep di hotel ini, dulu pertama kali masih belum ada baby.
Kamar bersih, semua ok lah sesuai harga.
Menurut saya servicenya ok. Check in dan check out cepat dan gak bertele2.
Kekurangannya cuma 1, menurut saya kamar cukup berisik. Jadi di dlm kamar bisa denger org jalan, suara org tutup pintu. Sisanya ok sih.
Saya mungkin akan kembali ke hotel ini lagi utk ketiga kalinya.

I didn't expect this hotel meet my standard. But they did! The room is modern and clean. There are few restaurants down at the lobby and outside the building. It is located next to a movie theatre and a supermarket. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Deluxe room was nice, clean and comfy,
There is also the family type which has unique traits and design. Restaurants just below the hotel and food court is only in front of the hotel, there is small mall with cinema inside just beside the hotel. The only thing why i gave 4 is bcause of the wifi connection needs to be improved in some of the room. I suggest either use your own internet, or depends on your luck to find room that has better connection. :)

Nice Hotel Room and suitable for kids complete with slide inside the room.... highly recomended. The kids are happy.... friendly staff and very helpfull.... keep up a good work and will come again someday....

Staff was really helpful and kindness.
The food also good enough
The location easy to find
The parking lot were big space for groups
Even we’re hungry at night, easy for us to find food around the hotel

I love stay here , if am visit to palembang , I really to comeback again here
Bedroom is very clearly and make me enjoy to sleep . and all staff is humble and fastrespon . thanks you all nite n day .
