ini nginep kali ke 2 nya di sini, dapat kamar yang meja kacanya retak, kita pikir memeng begitu soalnya tut
up tempat sampahnya juga lepas, air AC nya juga bocor, karena meja retak itu bukan masalah buat kita jadinya cuma lapor air AC yang bocor saja karena kamar memang jd basah semua, pas check out kita diminta ganti rugi 250.00, padahal emang dr awal masuk sudah begitu, ini tujuannya cuma ngeshare saja pengalaman pribadi saya, tidak ada maksud apapun

Stay just 1 night with family, the experience is not really attached. Shower is not great, bathroom exhaust fan did not work, and TV did not do so great. I actually planned for Santika Hotel but it was fully booked and we thought this hotel could do the same. But i havent tried Santika Hotel yet.
If i visit Bengkulu next time, i might only want to try Santika Hotel and not revisit here.

My name your Hardi kejung ,i got very very bad and poor experience and service from this hotel during my check in meanwhile i had 2 times checked before in this same hotel i had almost same experience also but the 3rd time i had booked this hotel 3 months before through booking.com and i had confirmed with them before i arrive and at finally when i reached the hotel at morning they told me the rooms are full and wait until 2 pm and got very Disappointed at last i got angry and force to move another hotel , So i dont want anymore to go this hotel again and recommend this hotel as an poor and bad hotel to the people who wants to book... Don't prefer this hotel if you need good and satisfaction for your stay...

If you are not a smoker, then maybe this hotel is NOT the best choice. I had no choice of hotels due to several functions in the city.
Every hall and my room smelled of cigarette smoke. It is a shame really, as that is what truly let my opinion of the hotel slide.
Breakfast was Indonesian food, though there were a range of choices. I did notice that staff were also able to cook a basic omelette if a guest asked.
Tea and coffee or water were the only drinks. Some juice would be great but it may be more costly for the hotel to provide.
The location allowed you to walk to the nearby mall or to the Pantai. A couple of simple stores were also nearby for extra water or snacks

This hotel is so cheap, they cannot afford any shower screen or curtain. Hence, water from shower will wet the bathroom floor. I slipped when I wanted to take the towel. And the hotel people took more than 5 minutes to bring the replacement towel. Don't stay here, unless you are flat broke

There aren't a lot of other hotels in Bengkulu you can reserve online. This one is pretty basic, but its big advantage is that you can walk to the city's pleasant beach on the Indian Ocean. There's a jogging trail on the beach, which is hard to find in Indonesian cities. Gotta be much better than the unappealing tourist motels along the beach strip. There's also a little mall nearby with a supermarket that also has hardware. Friendly staff. Others have criticized the breakfasts, but when I was there they had a large spread with local snacks. Breakfast needs actual juices, though—the bizarrely colored sugar drinks are not good. Room was fine—A/C was little noisy, and its control was fussy, but I got it to work by taking the batteries out and replacing them. There is a small meeting room.
