Sangat memuaskan,
mulai dari pintu masuk hotel sampai masuk kamar dilayani walaupun waktu itu posisi saya basah kuyup karna kehujanan + mbak resepsionisnya sangat ramah.
Untuk kebersihan dan fasilitas memuaskan + ada banyak makanan dan minuman ringan dikamar tapi gak ada tabel harga, mungkin kedepan disediakan tabel harganya.
Untuk lokasi, kurang suka karna lebih dekat dunia malam dan gak cocok untuk perjalanan keluarga khususnya bawa anak anak.

Kamar bersih , Fasilitas komplit , karyawan ramah2 banget. Di sekitar hotel banyak tempat makan,mall,tempat wisata,selain itu aksesnya mudah jadi gampang mau kemana aja.

Lift nya serem bngt, udah kecil trs bunyinya ngeri kayak gk meyakinkan gitu, kamar yg deluxe bagus, yg gk bagus cuma jalan masuk ke kamar, bau trs pengap, gk smpat nyobain sarapan, tangga daruratnya juga kotor, pengap bnyk tumpukAn barang2

1. The location is good, it's close to two Transjakarta stations, walking distance to Kota Tua (old town area), and to Jakarta Kota train station as well. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby.
2. Staff are friendly, polite, and helpful.
3. Breakfast is standard, you get what you pay for (we only paid $15 for a night).
4. Rooms look totally different from booking.com, we kinda felt cheated. It's a lot dirtier, smaller, and smelt bad when we flushed the toilet. The toothbrush holder was rusty. AC was cold but noisy as well.
5. I accidentally stained the bed with my period blood (TMI, I'm sorry). The hotel charged me $10 for the cleaning fee which was ridiculous because the room only cost us $15 and they needed to wash the sheet anyway, didn't they? I think it might be because they don't always change the bedsheets for new guests?
The stay was okay but I'm not sure if I would go back.

We arrived after a long two days of flying to a man at the check-in who twice tried to charge us for three nights, not the two we'd booked. The room was very small and the sheets and walls very dirty, as well as the bathroom. Had a tv and AC which was useful, but it got so noisy it had to be turned off at night. Although it is pretty cheap for Jakarta, I would not recommend.

Took a executive room, cozy hotel and a bit hidden in ally, friendly staff close by to paragon mall and other entertainments. Walking distance to burger King and Starbucks. Close to disco tech and karaoke.

Small dark and gloomy hotel, 11-12 oct.
Facilities inside the room almost complete but space is narrow. Not easy to move around, just a place to sleep.
Confusing check in process. Front liner said that they didn't have tidy and clean room. I have to wait, but it was already 9 pm. How could they didn't have clean un occupied room by that time? Check out time is 12.00-01.00 pm.
After i made it clear that i don't wanna wait, then he gave me the other room that was already clean....
We have to give deposit money for check in. When i asked my money while check out, the officer asked me if i consumed any drink from the refrigerator, and he gave me weird and suspicious stare when i said i didn't take anything. ????? I told him to go check it him self. Damned officer...
Security officers were very help full and polite, so with restaurant/cafe waitress...
Last, i don't like the smell of the room.... Like a sexual aroma

Pros;
- Got very cheap price via booking.com, been booked twice in this hotel, and always got the same price
- Location, nearby Mangga Besar street, where you can many awesome street food (non-halal)
- Outstanding receptionist, was checked in at 11 PM and checked out at 4AM, and she's still cheerful
- Got free upgrade to deluxe room
- WiFi is good
