Yups, end of March 2019 i had a short birthday trip to Anyer for my first born son. Me and my family stayed in villa (Pagaluyung 3) at Pondok Layung Resort for one night. The ambiance of the resort is really family friendly, I really love it. The building is well maintained so it's very clean and in a really good condition (bed room, bathroom, kitchen and living room) and the most important is no spooky feeling. The facility it's more than enough. They have a big grass field, a very clean swimming pool, direct access to the beach. The breakfast is standard (nasi goreng and hot sweet tea) The staff is really kind and helpful. Overall I really enjoy the vacation in Pondok Layung Resort and will be back again for my next trip to Anyer.

We stayed 1 nite at Panglayungan 4 and 2 nites at Panglayungan 2. Panglayungan 4 has 2 bedrooms and 1 attic, which has 1 double bed as well. The stairs to the attic is quite steep, spiral stairs, not for old people. They have 2 bathrooms, 1 is in the main bedroom. The place was clean, the six of us stayed comfortably there. But Panglayungan 2 is the best one. The place is very spacious, with 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has double bed. The main bedroom has a kingsize one, and a lot of space so if you want to add another double bed inside, you wont feel too packed. This villa is also the closest one to the beach, and you could hear the sound of waves all night, which was so nice. As for the service, theirs is quite reliable as well. We asked for a stove and a stove was set up within like 10 minutes. We called for our breakfast to be delivered to the villa, and it was delivered within minutes as well. The staffs were also very friendly and eager to ensure our stay was enjoyable. And the beach, it's just so close by, right in front of the resort. No corals, you could enjoy it to your heart's fullest. You coud rent surfing board for IDR20K or lower, for as long as u want to use it. We also rented jetski, ATV, and we saw people playing parasailing there also. We had such a good time in this place and will definitely come back.

The resort is small with not many villas but the place is very nice. Staff are very friendly and will help you with all your needs. Beach is just a few steps from the resort, with sandy beach and no rocks, so children can play safety at the beach and into the water. We bough some fresh fish from nearby market and the hotel can help to to cook and grill the fish with a small cost. We really enjoy our stay in this hotel and dont mind to stay there again.

The cottage is nice and feels like home. Beach are just right in front of our cottage. Don't miss the beauty of sunset here. Bring some clothes because you must try Banana Boat (IDR 180000 for 6 pax). The food from Hotel is tasty and if you come with groups, they will refill food/drink.

A lovely green lush resort in the heart of Anyer. The room was comfy, really had a good night sleep after the long and tiring drive from Jakarta. Clean sheets, clean bathroom with hot water and toilettries. Highly recommended for a family vacation
