Kasur nya dari matras, keras dan tidak empuk. Sangat tidak pantas digunakan untuk tidur, untuk selimut tidak ada disediakan begitupun dengan pasta gigi, sikat gigi, sabun dan gorden jendela juga tidak ada. Sudah konfirmasi untuk check in jam 18.00 namun baru dilakukan pembersihan kamar jam 18.05 sehingga baru bisa masuk kamar jam 20.00 dan kamarnya bau apek, kamar mandi nya juga bau serta token baru diisi di hari yang sama. Kecewa dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas, mohon untuk penginapan seperti ini tidak di rekrut lagi karna sangat merugikan pihak cust. Terlalu mahal untuk biaya penginapan dengan fasilitas zonk.
