Parah sih ini, kita booking via aplikasi yg jelas2 udah sukses booking, sampai di hotel, pihak hotel bilang sudah tidak bekerja sama dengan reddorz. dan ga boleh cekin karena sudah tidak bekerjasama. So sia sia booking uang melayang. Ga profesional!!

tiket.com memberikan harga bagus, tapi sayang fasilitasnya tidak lengkap, belum dapat sarapan, tidak dapat shower air panas, tidak dapat air minum, kamar mandi cuma pakai ember, kloset duduk tidak bisa pakai keran cebok, tidak ada wastafel, mudah2an ke depan red door nya tidak hanya mengutamakan harga yang terjangkau, tapi bisa juga menawarkan harga yang lebih, tapi sudah lebih lengkap sesuai fasilitas yang ada di hotel itu. terima kasih untuk semua pengertiannya 🙏🙏🙏

Deskripsi & Foto kamar tidak sesuai. Kebersihan baik. Bed tidak nyaman. 2 manajemen (reddoorz & Kartika beach hotel) sehingga tidak bisa upgrade kamar.

Untuk kamar Junior suite sebaiknya air mineralnya jgn standar kyk kamar biasa hrsnya 600ml dan ada 4 minimal kan.. Nginap di Kamar ini rasanya sama dgn standar cmn beda di luas kamar aja. Sy berharap ke depan menjadi perhatian. trus kl bisa utk tamu suite dikasih welcome fruit mixed kek atau afternoon tea/coffee + kue2 ke kamar gitu.. Kualitas makanan lbh ditingkatkan, seperti membuat omelet atau telur dadar, dibuat bagus gt jgn kyk warung nasi goreng pinggir jalan.. Dan beberapa olahan makanan masih terasa amis. Ke depannya fasilitas ditambah misal ada gym atau spa gitu jd ada nilai plus knp hrs stay di hotel ini. kl skrg hanya krn dekat mall aja that's it. Oh ya, sebaiknya jg ada welcome drink mgkn ada pitcher es teh atau es jeruk atau es sirup lah disiapkan di lobby.
