Kalau cancle tidak mau ngerefund uang.kata FO nya, tamu sebelum saya tidak ada complain, jadi dia tidak tau keadaan kamar seperti apa, yg artinya SOP standar Villa tidak di jalankan (mengganti seprai,mengecek apakah ada barang yg rusak, apakah pool bersih,atau apa kamarnya bersih) FO tidak bisa di ajak berdiskusi baik” saat saya complain ibu tersebut bilang “Jek inguh nepukin” (artinya dia risih ketika saya complain) ketika saya kembali untuk complain sudah sampai jam 15.30 pool masih ditidak divacum, saya compalin lg ke ibu tsb, sambil memperlihatkan video kondisi kolam, belum diliat videonya ibu tersebut membuang muka sambil bilang “aduhh gak mau saya, pusing saya pusingg, kalau ga cocok cancle aja sana” . Ternyata saya baca di review lain sudah banyak yg Mengeluh dengan Front Office nya. Tetapi FO nya tidak berubah atau dipecat. kasian banget Owner villa nya, punya properti bagus tapi management nya buruk dan pegawai malas
