Lokasi strategis di pusat kota, sarapannya enak dan lengkap, suprisingly anakku usia diatas 9 tahun ga kena tambahan biaya selayaknya hotel lain, pool nya keren beda sama hotel kebanyakan di Palembang karena ada area pasir tempat anak2 main..satu area dengan mall jadi kalo bosen di kamar bisa sambil cuci mata ke mall.. recommended banget. puas stay disini ^^

Below are pros and cons about my stay at this hotel for 7 nights.
Pros:
-Centralized location which make your movement in Palembang City is convenient
-Close to plaza, mini-mart and few eatery places.
-Nice Gym and Swimming pool, although pool towel is not provided, quite strange for a 4 stars hotel though Polite
-Staffs especially at Front Desk and Housekeeping they, even upgraded me to next category due to being long stay Cons.
Room:
-Cleanliness needs to be highlighted especially, bed sheet I, found some stains on the day of my arrival on bed sheet and duvet also during my 7 nights I, frequently found stains here and there even the bed has been made up Found.
-some hair on my arrival inside the bathroom the, cleanliness was not maximal The.
-worst of my stay was the breakfast spread very, monotonous FRIEDRICE (POTATO, WEDGES which I believe it should be boil potato EVERYDAY it) might be OK for those whose staying for couples of nights but if you stay for 7 nights it... became nightmare well, on the bright side there was local delicacies provided Pempek (laksan, and etc NO)
-BUTTER for your toast they, replaced it with margarine I, have asked to the waiter for butter during my first few days yet no positive respond until I gave up to ask .

Kami menginap di lantai 10 selama 2 malam koridornya agak bau lembab dan banyak nyamuk, bekas makanan dikamar sebelah sdh 1 malam 1 hari masih belum dibersihkan dan dikamar 1006 ternyata banyak nyamuk besar-2 kepada pihak pengelola,agar lebih memperhatikan kebersihan dan kenyamanan tamu. Sudah diminta tolong untuk disemprot pakai anti nyamuk tapi masih tetep sinyamuk masi banyak keliaran dalam kamar. Untuk kamar nya model lama, sendal dan sikat gigi atu-2. Bintang 4 rasa bintang 1. Tidak akan mengulangi hotel ini lagi.

saya datang jam 12 siang, dan diarahkan untuk menunggu dengan waktu yang tidak di tentukan, dengan alasan kamar sedang di bersihkan/persiapkan tanpa ada kepastian waktu.
dan akhirnya baru mendapatkan kamar jam setengah 3 siang setelah saya protes keras.
saya kecewa.

Adanya pengecatan disuatu ruangan sehingga menimbulkan bau cat yg sangat menyengat sehingga membuat mual setiap melewati lorong menuju kamar tolong diperhatikan kenyamanan pengunjung.

Very nice and excellent hotel..
we celebrate our anniversary in this hotel and get help from manager and staff to decorate our room.. and taraaa.. the result is very beautiful.. my wife being pleasure with this..

My 1st trip since pandemic Covid-19. I stayed for 5Nights and 3times been here again and one of my favorite hotel while during visited family, friends and relatives around Palembang.
The security check your temparature before enter the lobby.
The room is good, they noticed with note clean up with disinfectant also put the hand sanitizer in the bathroom, so excelent.
When breakfast, they gave me a plastic glove and the cutlery covered by plastic, for food over all nice many variants from traditional dishes till Western style, additional fee one person for breakfast charge 100,000 IDR
All the facilities such as Gym so perfect and I do enjoyed the target to kick and punch, also my friend. Pool a place always full but Me and friends like the whirpool hot water, that's great than swimm.
Just a bit annoyed the room card, sometines can't tap and I think they need to fixed to the better.
From Check in till Check out, They do the best, The Employee here very satisfy for me and friends.
That's why I choosen this hotel and really recommended for you are Solo traveller or with family.

Feel so satisfaction during stay at Aryaduta palembang with family. with many facilities from room until public area like pool, gym, and Aryaduta provide kids club for family who bring child. Recommend for family and business to stay at Aryaduta Palembang.

It's been more than 3 months i didnt stay in aryaduta due to covid. Ive just stayed in there and overall still the same.
It s open now but in covid prosedure 👏👏
So we feel safe as a guest.the employee always tell us to use mask 👏
