awalnya aku pesen standar, tapi sewaktu checkin aku upgrade jadi excecutive. kamarnya luas dan bersih banget, toilet luas dan bersih, sabun shampo conditioner juga adalohhhhh. checkin cepet ga ribet ga ada deposit, seluruh staff ramah sekaliiii.. ketemu di di lift, ketemu dimanapun selalu tegur sapa dan fast respon jika aku minta tolong.. ini aku ambil nginap 3 hari 2 malam, kalau di hotel lain kita harus info atau gantungin tanda utk dibersihkan kamar, ini mereka lgsg tawarin sendiri semuanya (mau di bersihin kah, ganti handuk, butuh minum lg, teh dll). HOTEL TERBAIK SIH🤩🤩 soon bakal nginep sini lg hehe. letak strategis lgsg di jalan sabang yg dimana pusat kulineran di malam hari.

Kamarnya luas dan bersih, pas untuk harga yang tertera. TV nya pun menggunakan smart tv. Sayangnya untuk furniture kurang lengkap, seperti tidak ada kaca di luar kamar mandi. Tidak tersedia pula kulkas dalam kamar. Selain itu, tembok terlalu tipis sehingga ketika tidur terganggu tamu lain yang berisik.

kami menginap selama 3 malam 4 Hari di Ashley sabang
saya suka lokasi dan kamr luas
yg kurang suka :
kamar tidak dibersihkan dg baik bekas mug yg sudah dipakai tidak diganti dan meja dibiarkan berantakan
sprei kotor tidak diganti
kebersihan warna handuk kurang keliatan kotor tidak putih
varian breakfast sangat kurang dan tidak enak

Lokasi Hotel Ashley Sabang strategis karena selain di pusat kota juga dekat dengan toko makanan. Pelayanan hotel bagus, dekorasi hotel juga menarik dan yang membuat saya terkesan adalah kebersihannya. Penyejuk udara di dalam kamar juga dingin, walaupun kadang tidak saya nyalakan. Ukuran kamar cukup luas. Bed nyaman, saya senang menginap di Ashley Sabang.
Hanya ketika pesan di aplikasi diharuskan memesan makan pagi dimana makan paginya tidak bisa kami makan karena vegetarian. Sebaiknya ada pemisahan harga buat yang tidak ambil makan pagi.

Secara interior oke banget, dr lobby, ruang tunggu lift sampai kamar bagus banget, tapi sayangnya di kamar ga ada kulkas dan amenities juga kurang, sabun dan shampoo tidak tersedia tapi ada body lotion dan hair conditioner, entah tidak dicheck atau memang tidak disediakan, pdahal tipe deluxe. Nginep 2 hari disini, dapat breakfast berupa box harus ambil sendiri di receptionist tiap pagi dari jam 6-10.

A good place to stay! Nice, clean room, quiet place, very comfortable, comfort room and warm staff❤️❤️ Our room even got upgraded❤️ The hotel location is very strategic, near a lot of good food. I’ll definitely come back soon

Had an amazing staycation during this pandemic at Ashley Sabang. The place is cozy, clean room, friendly staff and strategic location. Thank you to Mas Agus who helped a lot during our stay especially for room upgrades. It’s a great place to stay! Will come back soon.

The staff was very helpful, strategic location on sabang street with a ton of streetfood that u can reach by a minute walking distabce, nice and very clean room.
Keep up the good work
Definitely will stay at this hotel soon
