Sangat Parah! Check hari minggu in Jam 11.30 tengah malam, sudah di approve untuk late check out senin jam 1 siang, karena mau menyelesaikan anak" selesai online School. Saya juga sudah bilang saat check in klo saya bayar juga gpp klo bs check out lewat jam 1 siang, tapi diinfo tidak bisa. Jadi saya setuju untuk check out jam 1 siang. Kenyataannya dari pagi saya sudah dapat telpon 2x dan 2x didatangi bell boy untuk mengeluarkan barang2 saya padahal belum jam 12 siang! WHATTTT!!! Harus 100x bilang saya sudah minta late checkout jam 1 siang? Pelayanan luar biasa buat usir tamu! TINGKATKAN TERUS!

Kamar one bedroom luas dgn meja makan, sofà dan tempat cuci piring. Breakfast juga beragam dan rasanya enak. Kolam renang ada 3 jenis, sangat aman dan menyenangkan. Pemandangan sungai dan kolam renang yg paling indah.

+ suka dengan sarapannya yg varian nya banyak bangettt + suka dgn pilihan kolam renang nya yg banyak juga - tidak cukup lengkap peralatan didalam kamar (kurang handuk kecil) - Bathrope hanya 1 - pelayanan restaurant yg lama, menunggu pesanan makan malam keluar hampir 1 jam :(

Dapat harga saleprise, stay di condotel 1 kamar tidur, ada kulkas, microwave, AC diruang tamu n kamar, balkon menghadap ke gunung salak tapi melihatnya agak menyamping ya. View nya cantik dengan sungai di dalam hotel. Sayangnya menu breakfast buffet karena masih situasi covid harus diambilkan oleh petugas, kita tidak boleh ambil sendiri jadi agak antri, nomor kamar ganjil dapat jam breakfast pagi dari jam 6-8 pagi, nomor genap jam 8-10 pagi.

kebersihan disemua aston bagus, parkir luas, kolam renang enak, kamar viewnya kurang, tidak ada welcome drink, lokasi masuk perumahan agak jauh, disekitar hotel banyak jajanan, udaranya menurut saya kurang sejuk, mirip jakarta. jadi kl mau staycation dr kota kurang cocok.

The location is good. Near with many attraction places like Devoyage & The Jungle. I love the swimming pools, it has 3 swimming pools (2 adults pools & 1 children pool). Also, it has great service. When they saw me brought a kid below 2 years old they offer me an additional baby box for free. It really helpful to avoid the baby fell down from the bed. Definitely will coming back here for family staycation!

Tempatnya tidak terlalu jauh dari pusat kuliner Bogor, tapi kalau lewat jalan depan memang macet. Tempatnya luas, asri & banyak penghijauan. Cocok buat liburan keluarga karena kamarnya juga cukup besar.

Tvnya terlalu kecil,,untuk ukuran hotel ☆4,walaupun ada 2,di kmr tidur dan ruang duduk 1 nya.cek in lama prosesnya,mungkin krn lagi rame hotelnya.sarapan banyak variasi,rasa lumayan.tapi,menurutku wedang yg pesen di resto kurang enak,gak sprti wedang" lainnya.kolam renang bagus viewnya dan ada tempat untuk spot foto,suka.dapat free Cake karna aku bilang mau pesen cake kasih surprise ke suami yg ultah.overall,kita cukuo puas.staff hotel semua ramah,dri lobby sampe resto sampe housekeeping.tq aston bogor.pertahankan dan tingkatkan lagi kualitas pelayanannya .

AWESOME services, all staff are very friendly. the Condotel room suits for big family, easy process for check in and also we'd love the foods!! Thank you Aston BNR team and especially Ms. Rika for your very kind assistances during our breakfast time!!

Staycation semalem aja tapi menyenangkan sekali.. Dimulai dari proses check in/out yg super cepat, staff ramah, comfy, bersih.. breakynya enak. Thanks utk upgrade room and birthday cake to my pride son. Promise.. we'll back here soon.

I stayed here for 2D1N (on weekdays), and everything was great! Before entering the hotel area, the staff checked our body temperature first due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The health protocol is done strictly in this hotel. I can say that Aston is a Hotel & Resort with calming & stunning views. My room (Condotel 1 Bedroom) is located on the 7th floor in Tower 2. I could see the swimming pool and its surroundings from the balcony & it was refreshing for me. Imho, it is perfectly suitable for everyone who wants to have leisure with pleasure. I had my dinner in the room (with a la carte menu), and I would recommend the Beef Burger and the Green Nirwana! For breakfast, I would recommend the buffet main course menu. You don't need to be worry because the resto also applied physical distancing and no self-service allowed. So, the staff will help you to take the menus you ask them. Overall, the staffs here were friendly & helpful. I'd be glad to stay here again soon!

It’s very nice hotel, comfort room, excellent hospitality 👍 We were served by Yudi, very nice & friendly staff 😊 There ‘re many option for swimming pools. The hotel has very good landscape, beautiful view and mini bird park 👍

What a perfect hotel! 1. Check In and Farewell was horrible. 2. They didn't offer their buffet lunch promo if I didn't come to them and ask. 3. Reception ask me to come to them again and 'confirm' she said if the room I'm waiting for was ready. (I mean, this is not the first time staying here, also in other hotel. If the room ready, the FO team who need to come to the guest and give them the key!) First Impression needed tho. 4. Thank you for the birthday cake, guess what? Found the plastic inside the cake, what a nice birthday gift. No, I do not need that such thing. 5. No one told me about the 'offer applied' in the booking confirmation that I got. 6. Can't sleep until 2AM cos the room next to us was so noisy. I heard the guest inside dragged their furniture nonstop. No, I didn't report to the reception, cos I know they can't do room call after 9PM or so. 7. Oh I think there's a mouse wanna say goodnite to me and my kids. It makes me bbbrrrrrrrr, hearing it. Like cit..cit..citt.. Thank you for coming to my room and apologized for 'the unpleasant' during my stay. But have you ever think 'is this enough, what can we do to make you feel better?' The hotel need to be ready in all aspects if the management decide to reopen during this pandemic. You need to assign one person at the lobby who can look after the guest and standby for all their needs and complaint. And, treat your guest equally. It wouldn't hurt. They brought you business. And oh, I'm not staying here for free. I deserve 'Aston' class hospitality service. And not an arrogant one. :)
