ada petugas house keeping yang memaksa masuk ke kamar dengan membuka paksa pintu kamar yang terkunci. kondisi saat itu ada saya didalam kamar dengan posisi sedang menyusui anak saya yang berumur 2 tahun. Hati - hari terhadap keamanan hotel

Hotel terbaik saat ini di Cirebon. Sarapan sangat variatif, namun agak sedikit kurang rasa.
Akan lebih baik jika ada akses elevator ke parkir basement.
Overall is good.

sangat suka dengan tema hotel yg bernuansa alam, tropis, banyak fasilitas outdoor, sehingga anak2 dan tamu bisa beriteraksi dengan alam sekitar hotel yg dikelola dengan baik,

bisa close bill (tanpa hrus deposit) tapi tetep dksih 2 kunci.
kamar superiornya GUEDE banget dibanding hotel ASTON lain, tp sayangnya TV nya kecil. ga sinkron sm kamar yg gede (tp ini ga masalah buat gw)
breakfast ny variatif, 1 stand ad yg ga ready tp pas ready dsamperin staff yg infoin itu udh ready.
lokasiny lumayan jauh dr minimarket, klo mo kesini prepare dlu walo sbnerny ad minimart jg d hotel ini tp ga lengkap.

Superb, kamarnya luas, space untuk sholat juga nyaman, kits di kamar pun cukup lengkap mulai dari toiletries hingga complimentary tea coffee nya, hanya saja sangat disayangkan inch TV nya terlalu kecil untuk ukuran kamar seperti itu dan kejernihan nya perlu ditingkatkan (Buram, apalagi kalau keadaan lampu kamar menyala). Cocok sekali untuk keluarga yang membawa anak-anak karena banyak fasilitas yang memanjakan keluarga. Overall puas dengan fasilitas dan pelayanan dari hotel ini.

I really impressed with the luxury and elegancy of Aston Cirebon hotel when the first time I enter the hotel. It is very worth it to stay in such a great hotel with very affordable rate. The location of the hotel is also very strategic, it is easy to go anywhere in Cirebon. The facility of the hotel is very comprehensive; such as large swimming pool, children playground, mini zoo, gym and spa center. Moreover, they also provide horse chart ride in front of the hotel for family fun. The breakfast has plenty variety of food, from Western to Asian as well as local food... and it is delicious. The service in the restaurant is excellent, one of the waitresses named Aria, served a cup of coffee for me politely and he also specially take fresh milk from the breakfast buffet table for me to mix it with my coffee. I also meet some polite and friendly hotel staff in the elevator and also in the front door. They offer me to take our family pictures and give us recommendation for trying local culinary in the city. The service is really excellent and we are really satisfied. Recommeded for any visitors to stay in this hotel when travelling to Cirebon.

Visited here for one night for a stay over while on way to Yogjakarta. We really liked the hotel, with all Covid protocols properly followed. Breakfast had a decent spread and pool was nice, kids had fun. Would recommend for short stay.

I never knew a small city like Cirebon could have kinda amazing hotel with a luxury New Year Eve celebration. As I checked to one of the staff there, they claimed it all organized by themselves without getting any Event Organizer involved. What a great team work of the employees there, I bet they’re having a rough time preparing all those magnificient decoration yet they’re still providing execellent product. And there is nothing surprised me more that the warm service they to all the guests.
Will come back to this hotel for sure♥️

Stay at hotel while pandemic was a very challenging experience, but Aston Cirebon has proved the commitment to follow the health protocol and as the guest, we felt safety and secure. The room was spacious and clean. although they only had half amount of worker but the service was good. Breakfast was also great, plenty of various food and they make the food stall safe with a glass partition. overall, we had a great Staycation experience here

Nice pools with many child activities. 3 Days 2 Nights will not enough to spend your valuable time with your beloved family. It was my 3rd staying in this hotel and will be return one day for sure. The breakfast was also perfect
