Lokasi stategis dekat dengan mal dan tempat makan. Proses check in & out cepat. Sarapan paginya cukup bervariasi. Suatu saat akan kembali lagi menginap.

Kebersihan kamar kurang baik, karena ada bekas sisa makanan dri tamu sebelumnya yg tidak dibersihkan dengan baik.

Yg lain ok cma lift panas trs lama, gw abis sarapan mau balik kamar lift 3 yg kiri metong (mati) ga bsa naek, yg kanan ga berenti dilantai 1 (gw sarapan dilantai 1), yg kanan doangs yg aktif sdngkn yg nunggu bnyk udh gtu yg didlm loft jg bnyk alhasil gw lama bgt nunggu anak gw udh nangis rewel krn mau nenen, simbknya bantuin sbntr trs smpe gw kesel akhrnya gw ngoceh dongs ke mbknya mbk bilangin dongs ini lift lma bgt sih bru dh simbk tlp petugas, dan akhrnya gw pke lift kiri ikut kebawah dlu pas dilobby ganti lift yg tengah, legaaaaa knp ga dksh tau drtdi ad x stngh jm mna gw gendong bayi,bayi gw rewel pen nete, udh gtu gw dilantai 12 lgi OMG (kbyang ya), udh mna makananya prasmanan tpi diambilin, biasanya kn nyendok sndiri yak 😑 menu nya jg kurang cucok

mgkn klo ga ngeliat hotel berbintang dan nama astonnya saya ga akan berekspektasi setinggi itu..cm yah kmrn not really nice experience to stay sih..mulai dr resepsionisnya yg agak judes, pancuran shower yg mancurnya ga full lubang showernya bnyk yg mati jd pancurannya ga full, genangan air dkt toilet entah itu bocor dr mana, sampe ac yg dinginnya ga merata di bed bagian saya ga brasa sampe saya keringetan klo selimutan pas tdr mlm tp di bagian bed tmn saya brasa acnya huff..tp saya appreciate bgt sih sm pihak aston yg menanggapi keluhan saya terkait feedback tersebut dan menawarkan complimentary untuk next staynya walau ga tau sih akan blk stay ksitu lg apa ga mengingat harganya jg yah agk lumayan klo ga promo tp itu sudah menunjukkan klo mreka care dgn keluhan costumer dan buat service yg lebih baik lg kan ke depannya:)

Thank you so much Aston for the hospitality especially ms.Lesti. friendly and helpful person, thanks for upgrade our room because our room type dont have single bed.
Nice breakfast, spacious room.
Highly recommended this hotel to others.

Stayed here for 1night with family, everything is well. The room so comfy, and good condition. Thanks to Lesti for the good service start from check-in, handle us with care and smiling voice (because we didnt see her full face). My check-out experience also good. Btw, don't forget to info your car number for free parking to reception.
Thanks Aston, Will be back for sure.

Good hotel with good services and facilities.
I stayed at Aston Bekasi for 3 nights with my family. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good. The staffs are very humble and helpful. The food is great. The view is amazing as well.
Last but not least, thank you for all team of Aston Bekasi, especially FO Team who helped me since the moment I arrived. And FB Service Team, especially Mba Afy for her assistance during the breakfast time.
Thank you Aston Bekasi for your excellent service!

stay for 2nights at Aston hotel, big room with nice view to stadion Bekasi.
Food delicious and nice.
Staff very friendly and helpfull, especially thanks to ms.Lesti..
