Kebersihan kamar kurang. Ada piring bekas di koridor, sprei yang tidak rapih dan lantai yang kurang bersih. Saya perlu minta clean up ulang kamarnya dan hotel melakukan clean up ulang.

di dlm kamar ada cutton bud bekas pakai orang.. sangat menjijikkan..melihat fireworks di rooftop dikenakan biaya lg per orang 118rb pdhal 2 thn lalu sy menginap di aston dan tidak dkenakan biaya.. jd sy tdk ke rooftoop nya dan dr dlm kamar tetap kelihatan😂 malah dpt liat fireworks dr novotel yg lbh lama😂😂😂

makanannya ditambah variannya, kebersihan ok. perlu buarkan peredam suara utk kamar dg posisi menghadap ke jalan besar. krn suara diluar terdengar dikamar

Lantai kamar mandi licin banget. Tisu habis tp ngga d refill, harus d kasih note atau minta ke receptionist baru d kasih refill.

Dua hari menginap di aston hotel lampung membuat anak2 senang dengan menu sarapan yang banyak,kolam renang yang lumayan buat anak2 dan yg paling mengesankan disambut sekuriti yang ramah dan dengan sigap membantu kami membawakan barang bawaan kami menuju kamar..

First thing I noticed is the hotel was very dirty. Lobby, elevator, room (bedsheets, bathroom, ceiling, sofa, all were dirty and smelly). I even had spiderwebs hanging around in my room. My tv was out of order as well. No sausage for breakfast. Far below expectation. Staff were great however, very polite.

Thank you for set up honeymoon in the room, the staff was friendly, good air conditioner, water heater but tv was bad. they dont provided iron for free so we hve to pay for the pressing. And the breakfast's menu was just so so. no milk for breakfast.

Tools of the room not completed i cna't make coffe n tea. The coat is bot good bexause i have broken coat. Maybe the bellboy must be check about all guest need in the room before the room is ready. Just that thanks.

Air condition drops water
Horrible desinfectant chamber
No tissue in public toilet
A little far from center of city lampung
But it has comfortable bed and pillows
And good room drinking water

Rooms:
- No cabinet or at least drawer.
- Safe deposit bis does not work.
- Air Conditioner can not be adjusted.
- No creamer for coffee.
- No prayer mat (3+ or 4 stars hotel in Indonesia usually provide it).
