Untuk pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan, Aston baik sekali penerapannya.
Untuk welcome drink frontdesk harus diminta dulu, seharusnya standard setiap tamu melakukan check-in, sudah otomatis diberikan kupon welcome drink. Ga materiil tapi penting karena sudah SOP. Intinya apa yg sudah seharusnya diberikan ke tamu, berikanlah tanpa tamu harus memintanya.

Hotel terbaik di madiun namun sayang sekali kebersihan & perawatan kurang untuk saat ini.
Kebersihan di kamar memerlukan ketelitian lg, masih bnyk debu & lantai karpet kotor.
Untuk kamar mandi perlu maintanance total terutama di kloset & shower mandi. Interior kamar mandi jg mulai bnyk jamur.

Nyaman sekali nginap Aston Madiun, kasurnya super empuk dan kamar luas serta bersih.
Dapat free upgrade dari kamar yang dipilih karena full jadi super happy karena servicenya baik sekalii.
Minus nya hanya di jalan masuk yang membingungkan dan parkir yang cukup gelap. Semoga bisa di improve..

Tolong dong Jam Check in diperhatiin, kalau kita mau check out aja di telfonin terus, giliran check in molor2 lebih jam 14.45 dari ketentuan jam check in jam 14.00 Toiletnya harus diperhatikan, shower mohon rajin dibersihkan, dinding diperbaiki, sofa sedikit kotor, untuk pelayanan ramah, dan kamarnya oke lah, ngga ada yg kurang.

Staff hotel yang ramah dan sangat membantu, fasilitas kamar yang lengkap dan kebersihan kamar yang baik. Tapi sayang kamar mandi belum memiliki fasilitas untuk wudhu

This is my first visited in Madiun for my business trip. Aston hotel is always become my first option to stay in new city. I got the bad feeling at the first call for reservation. They said I got company rate but suddenly they called me to inform that due to holiday season the price sub charge. So I changed my reservation from superior to junior suite. I arrived in the midnight after working, but the security just stand in front of door without helping us to carry over the baggage. So disappointed. And then the junior suite is really bad. Room layout is bad, door is bad, and hairdryer is already broken. And due to COVID-19, I understand that breakfast menu is not good as usual butt your staff is making condition become more terrible. She scream to us to temperature check. Really bad experience in Aston.

Good place for fair price, stayed for one night only since I have to move to other location the next day. The room is large and comfortable, with transparent bathroom that can be adjusted. Overall, it's a good place for staycation.

I experience good service during staying in aston. it is the best hotel to stay after work. the location is strategic and clean. please improve the security, do not allow illegal spouse to stay in the hotel
