Hotel Aston memang bagus, namun ada beberapa kekurangan yg mnurut kami/pelanggan sangat fatal antara lain : 1. Ruang sangat berdebu, debu2 berterbangan terlihat sangat jelas dibawah sinar lampu, sehingga batuk2. 2. Pengaduk teh saat dipegang lengket2, kemungkinan tidak dicuci oleh bag. service hotel. 3. Mohon juga dibaca note saat ada customer menuliskan note saat reservasi, misalkan tidak bisa ya dikonfirmasi.

Birthday Party Si Kecil pas sampe tgl 24juli jam2 siangan, kamar belum beres. alasannya di tgl itu pd check out jam 1siang. lalu pas smpe karpet, terasa berdebu, seprai seperti bukan baru. pas sarapan, ya ampun..mengecewakan. makanan utama hanya ada nasi goreng. kami tidak mencoba kolam renang jadi tidak tau bagus atau tidak.

Overall semua baik. Tp sangat di sayangkan peredam kamar sangat buruk. Saat kamar sebelah saya sedang ngobrol saya bisa mendengar dengan jelas. Privacy di ragukan. Mohon untuk di cari solusinya.

Bantal kecil bau dan banyak bercak bercak. Haduk tidak putih bersih terkesan kusam. Wallpaper dinding mengelupas, karpet tipis dan seperti tidak divacum karena berdebu. Kaca ruangaan kotor . Daging sapi tidak ada sewaktu saya request, infonya stock daging habis, how come stock daging habis utk hotel sekaliber aston ??. Makanan biasa saja, tdk ada yg istimewa, dibandingkan sister company nya yg berada dibandung

I was staying for new year and it was fully booked they said. The problem was just the tv channel which didnt run smooth. It was lagging, which made me and my parter got annoyed cz we literally couldnt enjoy watching tv (which the only entertainment we could find inside the room). I called the operator around 6 pm to check what is it about with the tv, but none come till 8pm. I called again, they said that they got problem with the server cz it's fully booked and errone used the internet. For me, it's unacceptable excuse. U couldnt blame on the internet just bcs u fully booked. Otherwise it'll be unreliable. And it happened till morning lol. Moreover, we didnt get any complementary at all. We didnt pay it for any broken facility tho. Also the breakfast. The atmosphere was so packed! You should've made customer attendance shiftly instead of put them all together in one big ballroom. Honestly i couldnt enjoy my breakfast. But apart from that, it was good, the cleanliness, staff, etc. But please please please, with luxury level hotel like Aston, dont make any excuse that eventually make it less worth or unreliable. Thanks

The food and service was good. But for WiFi connection is unstable. Often disconnected and when it connect has a poor signal. It's a shame for 4 star class hotel. Compare on 3 star class hotel have much better for WiFi connection.

Stayed here for 3 nights. breakfast 1st day in Canary Restaurant on G floor. All food served by the staff except the sambals. Spoons were touched by all guests 🤦‍♀️. I chose tables outdoor. On the 2nd day, the new year, they changed the breakfast venue to 26th floor, the ballroom. Okay, they were thoughtfully thinking the needs of distancing. But well, the tables and seatings were placed without distancing. And as previously, all food served by staffs except the sambals. Food taste? As Aston's standard, I have no comments on this. And on new year, it was so crowded! Me and husband finished our breakfast quickly and went back to the room. On the third day, they still had the breakfast on 26th floor. Closed room, with table seating arrangement closed each other. And applied the same inconsistent protocols. All food served by staff, except the sambals.

I booked from OTA while they’ve flash sale, only around IDR 500K. Front Desk Agent very nice & really helpful. But, unfortunately the Restaurant, Bar & Pool still close during PSBB. Breakfast was good, with in room dining service and many choices of menu.

The first time expected to this hotel was great, all the proses was so well but the badly is nothing to do the phone, television, and internet access doesnt work until the night so mad and bored, the reception said system on down try to fix but 7 hour nothing to fixed at all. I have to down to reception counter to ask something (many times) until the reception give the WhatsApp no for any req. this problem should be have to think and act. This is my first time stay at hotel and get this worst experience.

1. It was located on the side of the roadway (one way), because the roadway was split by the toll-road. It was quite far from Shopping Centers, Restaurants, or Tourism places. Luckily, there was "De Entrance Arkadia" which offered several cuisines and could be accessed easily by foot. Or, wait until the "AEON Southgate" opens up for the public in the future. 2. The room was nice, clean and spacious. I booked a Deluxe Queen room. It had a small panel inside the room next to the entrance door which had 3 options (“Do not disturb”, “Clean up my room”, and “Please wait”) that we could use to communicate with the hotel’s attendants/outsiders. It was linked to another panel outside the room showing the option we chose from the inside. Mirrors were everywhere, you could find the biggest one surrounding the TV which psychologically made you think that the room was twice bigger than the actual size. 3. The bathroom was quite compact. I personally didn’t like the sprays attached on the toilet which flew a low-power of water. The Shower Tube was so small. I personally was having a difficulty to water up several parts of my body because my movement was quite limited. Fortunately, it had 3 types of showers (Rain shower, Hosed shower, and a Faucet) that I could use easily. 4. The restaurant on the 2nd floor wasn't quite spacious but so cozy. Unfortunately, during the New Normal Transition, all stands were guarded up by the barriers so the visitors couldn’t take the foods/drinks by themselves. But there were stands’ attendants who would help you out. 5. All the hotel’s attendants were nice, friendly, and helpful.
