tv kabur, saya sudah beberapa kali menginap di aston dan selalu tv kabur, hotel dengan harga segitu masa entertaiment begitu, dan kenapa sekarang aston samarinda tidak memberikan air mineral bentuk kemasan?? pdhal klo hotel lain tetap memberikannya

Parah bgt sih hotel sekelas aston tp pelayanan nya ga oke, bantal nya bau bgt.. baru ini masuk hotel bintang tp bgini, udh minta ganti bantal tp dr masuk smpe check out ga dtg2 pelayannya. Tv nya rusak2. Parah pokokx. Ga lg lah nginep sini

I want stay in this hotel again, me and my husband very enjoy in this hotel, the food in breakfast so delicious, the room Clean, the staf humble, view from our room so cool, and near tu Mall Samarinda Central Plaza

I don’t know where to start but I can honestly say this hotel is dirty, has terrible food and whilst the staff try hard they are poorly trained.
Breakfast was cold, smoking allowed in the dining area (real classy). The white Shower curtain is brown.......

Good hotel, friendly staff and warm welcome make your stay comfortable. The front office staff are very friendly and get fast check-in is amazing. Welcome note in the hotel room make you to put a smile on your face.

Excellent hospitality. Good food, excellent service, confort room, cozy lounge, good live music, nice restaurant. I stay for business trip and took ling stay here. Very close to the mall. Good access to the city

Nice hotel, friendly staffs, nice view. Indoor swimming pool so that you can swim at any time.
If you bring a car, it will be quite challenging to find a parking lot since you will share the parking space with the mall visitor.
