Staff ramah. Permintaan saat reservasi dipenuhi. Hanya untuk di kamar 105 butuh perbaikan, saat saya menginap ada kendala kepala selang WC lepas. Tapi staff responnya cepat.

It was great... the bed room is okay, the hotel provides electric kettle so you can have a cup of tea or coffee...
Large bed, but unfortunattely i was with nobody :)
The bath room wasn't big enough for two/couple.. but the hot and cold were works fine
The staff were friendly and helpfull...
it's located only a mile behind the "Harapan Kita's Hospital"

We only stayed here for one night, because we had to catch a plane the next morning. The room is basic and standard, but had a good sleep. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is in a bit of a quiet area and there are not a lot of restaurants around.
