Pembersihan kamar by request. Beberapa item tidak di refill, air minum, sabun, kopi gula, toiletteries. Air shower kecil kecil dan kencang jadi dingin. Pemandangan belakang hotel langsung pantai. Kamar lumayan luas.

karena tidak ada tamu lain lampu lorong dimatikan,saat kami datang baru dinyalakan. kami pesan 2 kamar connecting tetap ada rasa horor pas malam hari walaupun terdengar suara musik dari karoke sebelah hotel.

I came here in May 2018, as I didn't have choice to look after another hotels. I wasn't booked, but I got single deluxe room with limited facilities. But it's okay, because I just want to stay for lie in bed, not for staycation. And also the price is reasonable.
Unfortunately, we got dusty and little bit stinky room.

Tanjung pandan is a small town, don't ever think to compare hotel here with hotel in Jakarta or Surabaya. This is the best hotel in town I ever know, with affordable price. For me this hotel is comfortable and clean, quite close with beach and some rooms have sea view. There is swimming pool and free breakfast. The staff is very helpful and try to serve well.

I think for now this one of the best hotel in town, nothing special and standard service.. room and it's equipment is too old.
Location and sunset view is the only plus points, breakfast less what I am expected.. Toilet a bit stinky and hot water doesn't work properly. Towels not available at the room and need to call few times to have it... not really nice..

5 stars for their effort on serving the tourists.
I can feel that they are trying hard for being perfect but there was lack of preparation on details, such as different types of spoons and forks in one tray, different types of stuffs in the same type of rooms (I booked 2 deluxe rooms side by side. 1 room has fridge, the other has no fridge. 1 room has this nicely crafted trash bin, the other has plastic trash bin, etc). There was no problem about it but it would be prettier if they pay attention to these details. The staffs were also nice.
For the location, they have 'private beach' and they are located on the west side of the island. I had beach view and woke up everyday to the calming smell of the sea. The sunset from my room was stunning, and it was nicer since they have small swings on the beach. Sat there embracing the morning and watching my sunset.
The food was really nice and they served some traditional dish from Belitung.
The room itself was nice and comfy, the bathroom and hot shower worked perfectly. They also provided complete amenities such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc.
I had no complaints at all on the hotel, but hope they can improve in the future.

This resort is quite comforting when I checked in last year. Free breakfast. I had nice time by the pool side with my business partners. If are someone like me who doesn't joke with connecting with the world, then this is where you should be because the Wi-Fi service is quite good. You would have a fun time
