Kali ini saya kecewa,booking lewat aplikasi kamar+Breakfast tapi ketika mau breakfast dri pihak resto hotel kamar yg saya booking tanpa breakfast.Kesalahan terjadi pada reseptionisnjis.Ok setelah itu saya kembali ke Resto ternyata tidak ada hidangan sama sekali,katanya habis.Kok bisa breakfast baru jam 7 habis,saya ditanya sama resto,ibu mau pesan apa nanti kita buat kan saja....terasa aneh saja.Saya sudah sering nginep di sini tapi tidak seperti ini,apa karena hotel sepi tamunya jadi breakfast tidak ada ala prasmanan?tidak sesuai dengan harga Rp 392.000,sarapan hanya ala kadarnya..

Memang sempat ribet nyari lokasinya, tapi akhirnya ketemu juga, Ruangan gak bisa diatur penerangan dari tempat tidur, harus bangun skalar di deket pintu masuk, konsep yg ketinggalan jaman. untuk Queen Bed, kenapa Kasur single bed 2 pcs jadi 1, posisi tidur di tengah sangat2 sakit dan tidak nyaman, Untuk Sarapan diluar dugaan, bukan fresh dan terasa bau amis, padahal daging ayam.

Sepadan dengan harga, utk desain kamar kurang ergonomis pd letak tv dan colokan listrik,lokasi terlalu masuk ke dalam gang dgn jln yg krg lebar serta ada bau sampah yg menumpuk di depan hotel,

Decent breakfast and comfortable quiet room. Location sort of in the middle of trashed out area. I would not set foot in the street here. But good value for money. Shuttle was free but took almost two hours because they were going to pick up someone else, waited ages for him and then he called to say he was not needing the shuttle. That's not the property's fault however.

The room is ok and you get what you pay for. Bathroom is not particularly nice and doesn’t look like the pictures. It’s not close to the airport (30/40 minute drive) to a rather dodgy area.
But the reason this place gets such a poor rate is the service!!
We were told we would be collected from the airport using their free shuttle so we got our bags and were waiting where we were told to and no one was there. We contacted the hotel to be told the staff member was waiting at the wrong arrival area and he would come and find us. We waited 50 minutes, when he did arrive there was no shuttle and we were told we’d have to get the skytrain and then a public shuttle to which we refused. Eventually having to make our own way there in a taxi. Once checked in we ordered room service from a very limited menu which were very small portions and average at best.
Next, we were woken at 7am by a phone call from the staff asking if we wanted breakfast!! Breakfast is available until 9am. Do not recommend this place

Had hoped the hotel was close to the airport, not, took a while to get there, and not easy to find, it s really in the middle of a village, end of road type place , but overall clean, and good enough,

I chose this hotel because I was arriving late in the night and flying again early in the morning. This was a good decision given the price is quite good and they offer free airport pick-up and drop-off. Room was simple but clean and comfortable. Service was attentive and nice.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Not only was it extremely affordable but it felt quite luxurious considering the location and surrounds which felt quite rural. You get the best of both worlds, feeling like you’re experiencing the locals village which feels very rural which contrasts walking back into the villa and stepping back in what feels like a luxurious hotel. We liked that the stay included breakfast and a free airport shuttle. The one downside was that our bathroom was a little dirty but easily overlooked as we are backpackers and expected a lot worse. We were pleasantly surprised by what we got - the room was spacious with air con and a TV. I highly recommend this villa if you’re coming to Jakarta for commercial reasons or just a casual short stay. We wanted to be close to the airport for this trip, but certainly recommend staying closer to central Jakarta if you intend to do the more touristy things such as exploring beaches/water parks/nightlife as the taxi fairs add up when traveling to and from those spots. Thank you to the staff for a very comfortable stay and your warm hospitality.
