Exceptionally clean room with all necessary amenities, good breakfast and very helpful staff. We were stuck in Bali during the recent eruption. Aging volcano eruption, and all flights were canceled. The hotel staff provided excellent help during this time. Will surely return. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet part of the city. There are some good wrongs and oh department stores within walking distance.

Very nice and helpful staff, lovely modern room and bathroom. Eva at the reception desk is amazing she will help you with everything and is very kind and takes care of the guests so they feel at home. There is a to in the room so you can watch some movies in English. The room and bathroom were clean. I booked for only one night but had to stay another one and it was absolutely no problem and I was glad I could stay there and not have to look elsewhere for a room. The bed is very comfortable and there is a shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Water pressure is very good and hot water is really hot. Air conditioning working really well. I had a nice stay and recommend it to everyone. Eva is the best she will take care of you. The only thing is that it is a bit noisy as the house is very close to the train which is very busy and Eva speaks very good English but the other guys not. Still, I had a nice stay there and would recommend it to everyone.
